  • This thing is amazing. A serious upgrade to my I home theater experience.
I'm shocked by the few low reviews and wholeheartedly disagree. This specific model came extremely highly recommended from TomsHardware.com. They are an extremely reputable tech resource, and give very trust worthy product reviews. I got this after reading their review and am so happy I did. It sounds fantastic, it works flawlessly. I have no issues or complaints, the base sound great, to me. I'm blown away by the technology of soundbars, generally. When I was a kid my dad had a clunky system that was hard to finetune that had speakers all around the room. Sure it was nice when it worked, but so often there was an issue where the voices were way quieter than the sound effects, or there'd be some other sound imbalance. With this and other high quality soundbars, those issues are gone. It works amazing out of the box and sounds great. You CAN still get additional, I'm guessing, but you really don't need to in most in-home spaces. This thing just works. It sounds great, nothings too loud or too quiet. We love it. I highly recommend this soundbar. For the record, it was extremely easy to configure my TV controller to control the soundbar. Additionally, you can use a phone app to control the soundbar which is super convenient (you never have to search for a lost controller). ... show more

  • Good choice for stand alone soundbar.
I was looking for a replacement soundbar for a Bose Soundtouch 300 that all of the sudden stopped working. Too replace the soundbar and the bass module as well as the outdated satellite surrounds, I would have been talking over two thousand dollars. I researched best stand alone soundbars hoping to find a bar that I would be satisfied with. This is how I became familiar with the Bowers & Wilkins Panorama 3. I have been using the bar for about three weeks now and am overall satisfied with it. The Panorama 3 is very easy to set up out of the box. I did make the mistake of using the same HDMI cable that I used in my Bose setup and lost sound at times or sound would cut in and out. Since switching to the HDMI cable that came with the Panorama 3 I've had no such issues. Overall I have rated this bar a four out of five stars because it really could use a bit more bass, but for me not a deal breaker. The only other issue for me is that the HDMI cable could be longer. I am happy with this purchase. I should get years of enjoyment from this bar. Overall very good sound quality. ... show more

  • in yer ear!
the good: stunning sound stage and an object of beauty in it unobtrusiveness when my LG soundbar died after many years of stellar performance I found myself in the market for a new setup lots of options but B&W caught my eyes and ears formidable sound stage - all in one with Dolby Atmos and a built in sub add clean lines, the touch screen, zero setup, and this is a winner yes I'll freely admit I'm a B&W fanboy - but in all honesty this was a no-brainer I'm driving via optical TOSLINK so cannot attest to bluetooth connectivity If your looking at this then you likely have the best sound quality in mind - so bluetooth is maybe not your first preference - but each to their own ;) if your looking for exceptional audio and presentation then you get what you pay for in a soundbar - works for me but YMMV It's used with a single device stack so limited connectivity is not an issue the bad: yes the price may be a bit of a blocker if your looking for exceptional audio and presentation then you get what you pay for in a soundbar - if you've limited space, like a bedroom setup, or WAF to deal with then here you have it yo want more then drop dough on the MT series, find used CM series or enjoy an 800 setup the rest: all in all just sit back and enjoy ... show more

  • Best standalone sound bar out in 2022
Lots of people compare this guy to the Sonos sound bar, and the Sonos is good, but in 2022 going into 2023, the Sonos is upwards of 6 years old now and is starting to show it's age - no doubt an updated model will be released in the next few years. But if you're looking for something that is going to have the same, if not better sound quality, that comes with its own wall mount, and doesn't need an added sub woofer, this is your best bet. It's long, about 60", but man this thing KICKS. ... show more

  • Dont Buy to Replace Older Panorama
Very weak Bass. Sound is tinny and not at all immersive. No audio inputs for other systems like Sonos. Im going back to my older Panorama. Bigger footprint but way better. Very disappointing.

  • Compact but complete
Not too big as can just fit on top tv stand. Bought it for a bedroom. Quality is great but maybe could had add a remote for that price. I don’t know yet how to use Bluetooth. Just finished connecting to tv and internet. Hopefully won’t require an engineer for all of that.

  • Not working well
Static noise comes up sporadically when watching TV (recent LG 65”). It’s terrible as it comes out of nowhere at any given moment. There’s also a delay in hearing the TV volume once you turn on the TV, typically about 20 seconds before picture has voice, the time it takes for the TV and Soundbar to connect. Raising and/or lowering the volume takes way too long and you aren’t able to see the level (0-100) anymore but just a “+” or a “-“ on the screen. Not happy with it and returning it. Quite disappointed because I was really looking forward to enjoying it. ... show more
