I purchased this on Jun 17, 2024. It lasted 6 months. In late November 2024 it started making extremely loud static whenever it was turned on. I changed from HDMI to optical connectors thinking the TV Arc output was bad. I disconnected all inputs and the static still occurred. Customer service will only offer to repair it, which probably means a refurbished unit. Shipping is at my expense. I have owned many B&W products (floor standing, headphones, computer speakers, portable Bluetooth speaker) and this is by far the worst product I have ever experienced. This is my last B&W purchase. Their use of cheap Chinese components has finally caught up to them.

I was looking for a replacement soundbar for a Bose Soundtouch 300 that all of the sudden stopped working. Too replace the soundbar and the bass module as well as the outdated satellite surrounds, I would have been talking over two thousand dollars. I researched best stand alone soundbars hoping to find a bar that I would be satisfied with. This is how I became familiar with the Bowers & Wilkins Panorama 3. I have been using the bar for about three weeks now and am overall satisfied with it. The Panorama 3 is very easy to set up out of the box. I did make the mistake of using the same HDMI cable that I used in my Bose setup and lost sound at times or sound would cut in and out. Since switching to the HDMI cable that came with the Panorama 3 I've had no such issues. Overall I have rated this bar a four out of five stars because it really could use a bit more bass, but for me not a deal breaker. The only other issue for me is that the HDMI cable could be longer. I am happy with this purchase. I should get years of enjoyment from this bar. Overall very good sound quality.

I'm shocked by the few low reviews and wholeheartedly disagree. This specific model came extremely highly recommended from TomsHardware.com. They are an extremely reputable tech resource, and give very trust worthy product reviews. I got this after reading their review and am so happy I did. It sounds fantastic, it works flawlessly. I have no issues or complaints, the base sound great, to me. I'm blown away by the technology of soundbars, generally. When I was a kid my dad had a clunky system that was hard to finetune that had speakers all around the room. Sure it was nice when it worked, but so often there was an issue where the voices were way quieter than the sound effects, or there'd be some other sound imbalance. With this and other high quality soundbars, those issues are gone. It works amazing out of the box and sounds great. You CAN still get additional, I'm guessing, but you really don't need to in most in-home spaces. This thing just works. It sounds great, nothings too loud or too quiet. We love it. I highly recommend this soundbar. For the record, it was extremely easy to configure my TV controller to control the soundbar. Additionally, you can use a phone app to control the soundbar which is super convenient (you never have to search for a lost controller).

Very weak Bass. Sound is tinny and not at all immersive. No audio inputs for other systems like Sonos. Im going back to my older Panorama. Bigger footprint but way better. Very disappointing.

This is the most abysmal soundbar I’ve ever had the misfortune of owning. The sound is abysmal at best, and its claim of delivering believable Dolby Atmos sound is a blatant lie. After wasting $1,000 and enduring its subpar performance for three agonizing months (even the TV speakers sounded better), I decided to replace it and send it to the hazardous waste recycling facility, where it belonged from the start.
