Previously I had two of those extendable little giant ladders in my garage. They are great, but they are VERY heavy and take up quite a bit of space. I sold them both and bought this telescoping ladder. The space saving has been incredible. The whole ladder fits in a small corner out of the way yet it extends far enough to reach 15.5 ft. I got this to replace my fiberglass 6' ladder for when we go camping. This one is definitely heavier and not as sturdy feeling when I'm on it, but it's way more compact and obviously longer. I really just need it to clean off the slide-out before closing up, but it's nice to be able to get on the roof if needed. Closing it is a bit unnerving as the sections crash closed. This ladder is perfect for my limited use of an extension ladder. It’s well made. It does bend slightly when climbing but it is pretty sturdy. It’s a perfect fit for doing jobs up to about 10-11 feet. And it’s a very small space for storage and it comes with a nice storage bag .

Reviewing different collapsible ladders before purchasing this one I couldn’t be more pleased. Got it mostly for the reviews and the fact it has feet at the bottom you can spread out for more stability. Easy to extend and collapse. Wanted it for my RV but I also use it now for the house when working along the walls or needing to get up on the roof. Very sturdy and stable. I got the 12.5 foot version so it’s a little heavy but that’s also because it helps keep it rigid. For those not needing that height maybe a shorter one will do. ... show more
