Smells heavenly! I threw out my store brand, and subscribed to this one immediately. I appreciated the extra care on the packaging. The bottle came in bubble wrapping, with extra wrapping around the lid, AND around the bottle to secure the lid.

This is my first time ordering a "natural" (or plant-based) detergent. My biggest reason for this? I wanted something with a good enzyme cocktail that didn't smell like a field of synthetic flowers. This detergent? Spot-on perfection. It cleans great, and has a good, strong herbal scent. It's also made by Reckitt-Benckiser, so you know it's a good product. The only downfall? It's been discontinued by the manufacturer. Stock up while you can; I'll be ordering a couple of extra bottles. After those run out, I have no idea what I'll do next. (Also, for those whining about the scent being too strong? Buy an unscented detergent.) ... show more

I’ll keep this short. It’s not trash but it’s not the best. I keep trying different brands to see if there is a solid natural or more plant based product that can rival the name brands but they don’t stack up. I keep Tide on hand just in case there’s something heavy like mustard or sriracha sauce. This smells good and I am not a fan of fragrances on my clothes and this is very light and after being dried, you can’t smell anything but fresh laundry so that’s good. Again, it’s mot good for really tough stains but I can tackle smaller stains pretty decent. I’d say give it a try and see if it works for you. I love using this detergent for sensitive items like underwear or nice towels. It smells amazing. I feel a difference in comfort when I use this detergent for under garments vs regular tide. And the quality of towels that are sensitive does not diminish when washed and dried correctly and used with this detergent! I bought another kind of organic detergent in store, forgot the brand, but it smelled so disgusting. I’ll be sticking to this brand for organic/natural detergent. ... show more

I disliked that this product came busted and leaked all over my antique desk. It busted at the bottom and so completely emptied into its shipping box and all over my desk as well as papers and carpeting. I will also need to stain my desk to repair it. I tried calling their customer service line before writing this review and was on hold for almost 10 minutes. I expect a full refund. We now have to steam clean our small office because the smell of the product is so pungent it gives one a headache to be in here. Everyone in the office is now upset with me because they cannot breathe. As if it was not enough that we must wear masks, everyone feels as if they are further suffocating and no one will eat at their desk until we have the carpets steamed. Refund only please as you can imagine I do not wish to give any of my co-workers PTSD were I to launder my clothes in the future with it, post steaming of the office.
