    • Great tools at a good price
Purchased this compressor and nailer combo kit because I really needed the compressor (to go with a flooring nailer that I also purchased). The compressor was quick to setup and start using. Very easy to use. Works well with the flooring nailer and with the two nail guns that came with the kit. I am replacing hardwood flooring and the 16 gauge nailer works great for face nailing or diagonal nailing through the tongue of the hardwood flooring. I have been using both nailers for installing the baseboard trim after the hardwood flooring. I had never used a pneumatic nailer prior to purchasing this combo kit. I would want to use them for any requiring a fair amount of nailing. So much easier to use the nailer than pre-drilling, installing finish nails and then countersinking them. Once in a while I had to go back over a few of the nails and sink the head with a nail set, but very few of the course of use. Would highly recommend this set as a homeowner. Don’t know if I have used it enough to say that it would be good for a contractor, but have no reason to expect it would not work just as well with frequent use. ... show more

    • Excellent compressor adn nailer package
This is a solid compressor/nailer package. Good performance, light weight, easy to use, and no real set up. It is just a noisy as all the rest - too bad I would have like it to be a bit quieter. But for the price it is a solid buy.

Light weight compressor, very good nail guns. The nails guns do a bit of adjustment before it will sink the nails properly. I had several not sink all the way so, I played around with the psi on the compressor and gun adjustment for about 15 min, and got it to sink the nails just right. Very impressed so far (I’ve had the set for about a month and it’s already had frequent use). I have a hitachi 18 gauge Brad nailer that absolutely love, but the bostitch version is quickly proving itself to be very good as well. Bought the set for the price which is unmatched anywhere. as a user of Bostitch air tools for 8+ years ,this is my first Bostitch Air Compressor ,I Find it to be built with all the Quality of all their products. Very Good! This replaced an old Campbell Compressor and a portable air tank. The Bostitch compressor weighs about the same as my old portable air tank ,Has more capacity and produces more pressure .     • Portable & Does The Job
I needed a much smaller compressor to run my nail gun for my grandkids playhouse project. Did some research and ordered this unit. I found this guy to be quite portable and not all that heavy. Fired it up, and after a bit of tweaking to get the regulator pressure just right, hooked it to my Hitachi NR 90AE(S1) nail gun and started nailing. No problems shooting 3 1/4” nails. The only issue I have had is getting the regulator pressure stable: when I first fire it up, I turn the handle to set pressure at 90, start nailing & the pressure would go down to maybe 30, I would re-adjust once and that would take care of it. But that setting does not translate to the next day- Other than that I am quite happy with this compressor. For those who wonder about the noise level, all I can say is it’s a compressor and it makes noise. It also came with a Brad nailer which my wife uses building her bird houses, and a 16 GA finish nailer which I haven’t tried yet. Thumbs up from me. ... show more

The air compressor works well. Fills quickly and with minimal noise. Refills as expected with use. The nail guns are high quality and a great value for the price. I just renovated a bedroom using the set and I was very impressed.
