The remote control does not work, we tried switching the batteries for new ones but it still wont work. Its still configured to the previous owner living room. It is clearly not well refurbished. Would not recommend.

    • Absolutely the worst soundbar I have ever owned!
I bought this to replace a very cheap soundbar setup that I had hooked up to my Amazon Fire TV .... HUGE MISTAKE the set up is horrible, no instructions the app is basically useless. 1st I used the HDMI ARC set up and couldn't get any sound no matter what I tried. 2nd I tried the OPTICAL AUDIO CABLE and I got it to work once but you have to use the remote control to control the volume, powered the TV off and couldn't get sound with the optical cable ever again. Finally I decided to try Bluetooth and it works but after powering off you have to unpair the TV and then pair it again because it won't reconnect without unpairing. Total trash! ... show more
