Beats the sound quality of most sound bars. Built in bass is great. Now don’t get me wrong, you can spend a lot more money and get something that sounds better, but you would be spending double or triple the amount. You would hard presses to find a decent mini BOSE blue tooth speaker for less than $100. Seriously, a BOSE sound bar for less than $200 is a steal.     • Great mids and highs, a little lacking in the lows
I am coming from some Creative speakers for my computer and upgrading to this soundbar. While the mids and highs are exceptional the lows are a little less powerful (both systems have no dedicated subwoofer). I love that it has a remote and that it smart enough to turn itself off after several hours of no audio. Very clean look and works for my use case well under the monitor stand so my setup looks nice and clean. Remote needs to be pointed right at it to work, while it is IR most IR remotes work pointed in any direction when you are close enough since it bounces the light around but not for this product. If I was able to be more granular I would give this 4.5 stars. Worth it for sure when it's on sale. ... show more

Really helps us seniors, easy installation, with our tv configuration we now have another remote to deal with, or perhaps sometimes lose under the sofa.

    • Blue tooth failure to connect automatically to my Mac
Bought this based on brand name and Bluetooth connectivity with my new Apple MiniMac computer. Tried every which way to get the Bluetooth to auto connect, never got it to do this, after hours of internet research. The only way to get it to work is with the provided remote control. Work means having the system switch to Bluetooth automatically. I’ve returned it to Amazon, waiting on my refund. It does not pair well with a computer, don’t know if with a TV is any better. Bose has a lot of work to do, or tell customers it has no downloadable app to a computer. Each time I tried to use it, had to use the remote to activate Bluetooth, go into System Settings, tell it to connect the Bluetooth, then go to the Sound selection and choose the Bose soundbar I have since replaced it with PC speakers that cost $140 less, that sound as good or better than the Bose, the brand Creative. My son tells me the issue with the Bluetooth auto connect is likely because there is no power on/off button on the Bose unit Really disappointed with Bose, always thought they were a premium brand ... show more

This sound bar does not possess an HDMI import. I would not recommend purchasing unless your tv supports a fiber optic cable cord import. If my tv had one I’m sure the product would have performed greatly.
