    • Too many connection problems
I'm sorry I bought a "smart" soundbar. There are too many connection issues with the soundbar and the app. Setup is too complicated, especially with rear speakers I subsequently purchased. After setup the TV frequently tells me the soundbar isn't available, sometimes requiring unplugging everything and then plugging it all back in. The app often doesn't connect to wifi, requiring several attempts before it finally connects. But once everything is connected it sounds good. Bose does great at engineering their speakers for good sound, but the complexity of setup and the subsequent connection problems makes me not recommend this product. ... show more

    • This product sucks!!
Worst purchase ever!! Don’t waste your money. If you pause your TV for more than five minutes it shuts everything down. And it randomly turns itself off while you’re watching tv or have anything paused and goes completely out of the app that you’re on. Beyond frustrating!!!

So tired of messing with connectivity, the app is garbage and it doesn’t work with Samsung TV. Just move along….
