I did a lot of research before buying. Many things pointed to the Bosch brand. Decided on this model due to capacity, 3rd rack, sound, energy usage, and energy usage. There were complaints about odor that I was a little concerned about, but nearly every brand has those. Unit shipped with no issues which was another concern with buying appliances on Amazon. Install was easy. We run out of dishes now before we have to run the dishwasher. The 3rd rack is a great feature for getting those small odds and ends clean. It’s is extremely quiet, you only know it’s running if you are within 8 feet and/or you see the red indicator light on the floor. The drying is as good or better as heated drying. Don’t seem to have as much pooled water on coffee cups when you open after cycle. There is absolutely no odor problem but we don’t put dishes in that are covered in food. Installed the dishwasher and started a cycle. The error code popped up and I called Bosch. They said it would need a service technician to diagnose and repair it. It is a fancy non-working appliance that now requires me to coordinate a fix - not too happy about the quality control. I have not been able to run the dishwasher so I can’t comment on how it actually washes dishes. ... show more

    • Top dollar doesn’t work for the dishwasher
PRO: The only thing good about this dishwasher is, it is quiet. CONs: Is hard to start a wash cycle, sometimes it starts fine or you have to keep opening and shutting the door to get it to start, it’s always a guess. Cleaning dishes is terrible leaves food/spots on silverware or dishes. Such a disappointment for how much we paid. Our old dishwasher, which was 20 years old, cleaned a lot better. Save your money and buy a Whirlpool it is a better choice. We’re stuck with this junk now. ... show more
