I don’t write reviews often but this lamp is worthy. Everything the lamp says it’s going to do, it does very well. I hunt and the white lamp is extremely good light, I mostly use the red lamp though, it’s very adequate to do most things I need. The battery life is great and is very easy to charge.

This is for a second purchase of the item, after the first one failed just days after the one-month return period expired - probably due to a broken wire or a cold solder junction that escaped the manufacturer's inspection. The vendor honored the warranty and moreover, offered a replacement with no question asked and need to return the failed product. I opted for a refund instead, to which they instantly agreed. Used the refund to buy the same product, and same as the fist time around, was happy with the light weight, brightness, ease of use and convenience to choose between brightness and time of use between charges. It is serving me well and I am assuming that the failure of the first one was a rare fluke. A minor shortcoming; compared to some fanciest models, this one has a fixed beam width from the large center LED, so if you need the very narrow beam to illuminate a spot 200 ft away, this product is not you. I took a star off for the failure of the first purchase, but kudos to the vendor for their great service. ... show more

Great head lamp at a great price. The light is really bright with adjustable settings. The button is easy to find. The straps are easy enough to adjust for your head. The rechargeable battery last a really long time. It's a good buy and I would buy again.

I initially thought that this was a previously returned product. Battery did not charge, micro USB was blocked by misaligned plastic, when operated with charger on, did not go through lighting sequence, would not turn off. I sent it back. The replacement came really quickly. There are no instructions in the box, but there is writing on the side. So, after reading that the batteries are covered in plastic, the replacement worked like a champ! OOPS! If it was not for the micro USB port I sent back a perfectly functional unit. I would think the unit would be a bit heavy for running. but if the alternative is running into a wall in the dark, it is a great trade off. The straps and plastic lamp holders are not initially all that comfortable on the head. However, this sucker lights up the dark and is really adjustable. My use is astro photography (and working on my house as a practical justification). I need to walk off path in really dark places. The red light is great once I get setup at a location. I can change settings without destroying my night vision. Company responsiveness is quite good, I am happy with the product. ... show more

Bought a pair of these 7 years ago when they first came out. Since I've only bought 1 more set an it has higher lumens. For the price and quality it's freaking amazing. I've been on wild hog hunts, deer hunts, exotic hunts, etc and this head lamp has been with Me thru them all. It stays charged for hours. I recharge mine after every hunt anyways. But life of batteries are great. Stupid bright. And can see anything across fields with green light without spooking game. If your an avid hunter and want a new light grab this one. This light does not last long. The battery charges up, but the light does not work. Purchased this LED headlamp on March 27, 2025. Tried to turn it on yesterday, December 30, 2025 and it won't turn on. The lighting was great before it stopped working. Save your money and buy something else.
