I was worried when the box arrived because it had traveled so far, from China, and look like it had a rough trip. But they wrapped each shade so well that everything was perfect. These shades were so easy and quick to install. I am a 63 year old woman and it only took me two hours to hang the shades on nine windows. They are truly amazing! I ordered six custom sized top down bottom up light filtering shades. They were super easy to install, were sized correctly and the beige color looks good. Five of the six worked smoothly in both directions. unfortunately, one in my bedroom goes down from the bottom but not up from the top. The cords stay slack and I'm unable to lift the shade from the top. The Amazon order site informs me that because these were custom size, Im unable to return them. I understand if I sent the wrong size information and they didnt fit, that would be on me. But, to receive one that simply doesnt work? Not happy if "too bad" is the answer.

I was worried about this purchase but I’m happy to report I could not be happier with these blinds. Recently replaced windows and have been looking at window treatments for months as I can’t drill in these new ones. They took about 15 seconds to hang and they are very secure!I didn’t realize at the time of purchase that they are gray on the inside and white facing out. I was so pleasantly surprised! No complaints at all! They look great and I’m getting ready to order more

These no-drill blinds were one of my best purchases for our new home so far. We had wallpaper installed, and didn't want to damage it with drilling until we were ready to purchase blinds for the whole house. These blinds look so good, I'm tempted to leave them permanently. The installation was super quick, and the seller even messaged us after ordering to make sure we had the correct size. Turns out we didn't, and it saved us the headache of trying to get a replacement set. The only suggestion I would have is to maybe add another slide cover on the opposite side so it balances out up top. Maybe it would look less like a cover and more intentional once installed. Would strongly consider ordering again in the future.

I need to add a second blind to block out the heat when needed. There's only so much space between the first blind and the window. This design is sized perfectly and easily installed in the space between them. The first one I received was damaged, but the seller promptly sent me a replacement which now works perfectly. This kind of customer service infuses confidence in the seller. As of the blind's intended function - the heat is much reduced from the behind the blinds now.
