I’ll be honest, when I saw the price tag on the Bonsenkitchen Vacuum Sealer Machine, I didn’t expect much. But wow, was I pleasantly surprised! This little machine packs a punch and has become a real game-changer in my kitchen. The first thing I noticed was the vacuum sealing process. On my old machine, you just pressed the button once and it would stop when it was done, but it often sucked so hard that the seal would come loose. Not with this one. You do have to hold down the vacuum seal button, which took a little getting used to, but it works like a charm every time. No more loose seals, and that's a win in my book. Now, there’s one small critique. The instruction manual could be more detailed. It’s got a lot of features, and while that’s great, the manual doesn’t really break them down in a user-friendly way. For instance, I still have no idea what the dry button does. It also came with a tube hose and another part that I believe you can use for canning, but clearer instructions would have been super helpful. Overall, this vacuum sealer is a solid performer. It's reliable, easy to use once you get the hang of it, and a fantastic value for the price. If you’re looking to keep your food fresh longer, give this machine a try – you won’t be disappointed. ... show more
