I was unsure about buying. What would I use it for, would it hold up, would it work for canning…. It absolutely does all that and more. I use it a lot. Specially through canning season. I thought I'd give this tool a try as a time saver and in an effort to completely mix ingredients. I had it set on three, and I turned it down to the lowest setting today. For what I use it for, that is all the power I need. But it does go up to 12. Easy to clean, and it mixes scrambled egg batter perfectly. Now I look for ways to use it. Truly amazing.

I've always wanted to be a smoothie person, but the idea of getting out my old food processor, and holding on for dear life while it vibrates loudly all over my counter just never appealed to lazy ol' me. This will change that. I used it on a crockpot of broccoli cheese soup last night and it turned everything into smooth, cheesy deliciousness with no broccoli chunks in site. Amazing. Should've bought something like this years ago!

This little hand held blender is easy to use and looks very nice, seems to be of good quality. The bottom part detaches making it easy to clean, is quiet enough for a blender, and blended homeade tomato soup perfectly with the turbo button.

I’m not a chef by any means, I’ve only used this a few times, to make smoothies and blend ingredients to make homemade gummies, make pasta sauce. No complaints. Very easy to clean and does its job well. Cord is a great length.

I bought this to help deepen the color of my cake icing. It did not help as I wanted it to. I guess I have to do it for a while to get the results I wanted. But I want to try it with soup recipes and other stuff.
