I needed a stand to hold a phone for an outdoor memorial service. I wasn't sure how stable it would be in a windy environment, but the legs adjust all the way out making it very stable. The wind blew other things over, but this held the phone in place allowing those too far away to attend the memorial remotely. I purchased this tripod for our upcoming vacation. It looks sturdy. It does not come with a remote. My Samsung phone has an s pen I use as remote, so that was not important to me. If you need a remote, keep looking.

My only complaint is the stability. In certain positions for filming or taking picture my phone seems to be too heavy for it and it falls over unless I put something heavy on one of the legs. I really like that little remote/bluetooth feature though!

This is a very well made sturdy lightweight ring light. I love the fact that the price is good. It's comfortable. It performs well and the remote control makes it easy to take thumbnail shots for my YouTube channel. Can't go wrong with this one.

The VICTIV 85" Tall Cell Phone Tripod Stand with Gooseneck and Remote left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Despite its advertised height, I found it to be far from sturdy and difficult to maneuver or position properly. The stand proved to be flimsy and prone to tipping over with minimal disturbance. Additionally, its actual height was disappointing compared to expectations. Considering these drawbacks, I do not believe it warrants the price it's selling for. In my opinion, there are certainly better options available on the market. I strongly advise conducting thorough research before making a similar purchase. ... show more
