Autofeed works, but be gentle
Color: Black
I had trouble getting the auto feed to work, but I guess it was user error. You need to stack the papers neatly in the shredding tray. Set them in very gently. The shredder will first move the top sheet upward, then suck it through the shredder. It seems to be working now! If you put the paper in too deep, it will try to suck them all through at the same time and of course jam.

Okay, with reservations
Color: Black
Works well, but has a tendency to jam on auto feed. And the suggested one hour continuous use is more like 1/2 hour before it gets hot.

Work horse
Color: Black
Great product. A real work horse. Low noise. Easy to empty the bin, with little or no mess.

Would not recommend
Color: Black
It does not shred 150 sheets like it says. The large compartment barely works to pull the paper through. The front slot for up to 12 pages works. It is also very loud & slow.

It delivers
Color: Black
Just got it 6/10/26. Had a heft trash bag full of mail. I got through more than half within the first 24hours and only because I take long breaks in between to give it time to rest. More than worth it

DOES NOT AUTO FEED PROPERLY POS MACHINE
Color: Black
DO NOT BUY IF LOOKING FOR HEAVY AUTO FEEDING MACHINE THIS IS TRASH! The flat auto shredder is the only design I think could really make good use of this auto-feed feature. But, the product isn’t very durable either, and it makes clicking sounds. Plus, it’s a pain to use because I have to keep unjamming it, which stops me from getting on with other things. While the size is okay, it doesn’t matter if it doesn’t work right. This product is frustrating, and it might work well for standing there and self-feeding 12 pages at a time but it doesn’t meet my needs for a heavy-duty auto-feeding shredder and definitely doesn't handle even close to 150 in auto mode. If you’re looking for something like this, I’d suggest checking out other options. Just so you know, I wasn’t told this product would be faulty and it is advertised to handle up to 150 pages of paper and auto feed itself when not crinkled paper is put in the back in the auto shredder part of the device but it takes in like 30 pages at once and it can only handle like 12 at one time therefore it jams constantly so dang frustrating this company is wrong for making such a pos and advertising it as auto feeding. Shame on you! Home use negative definitely not for any type of paper excessive business!

Nice design! SHREDS well!
If you use this as instructed it is an excellent shredder. It shreds sensitive documents to tiny bits. I’ve had it for over a year and decided not to do a review until I had used it multiple times to ensure that it really does the job. If does.
