The media could not be loaded. So far, this little shredder is like just what I needed. It's smaller online than it look when I received it. However, it does the job. I wouldn't shred paper while everyone is asleep as it's a bit on the louder side. Not deafening but definitely not a whisper either. This shredder works well, and the wastebasket is a nice size. However, it is quite noisy--and the cord could be a little longer (it just barely reached the socket where I needed to plug it in).

Unlike one of the other reviews, the shredder I received starts when paper is entered and stops when it has been shredded. 10 pages may be too many. 6 works fine. I have shredded 10 with a paperclip, but would not buy this one if you need this most of the time. It is not a commercial or office shredder, yet it works fine for my home office work. I get much more than 4 minutes before an overheat or stall. I have been using it very heavy for the last couple of days to clear up some files.

This paper shredder does exactly what I need it to do- and does it well! It handles multiple sheets at once with no issues and it shreds them into fine pieces for extra security. I've used it for junk mail, credit card offers, and even old credit cards, and it hasn't jammed once. The bin is a good size and easy to empty, and the machine isn't too loud which is a nice bonus. It is compact enough to tuck under my desk but still feels heavy duty. Great value for the price- highly recommend for home or small office use!

However, after several weeks of use, I am extremely disappointed with its performance. I hope my detailed review will help others make an informed decision before investing in this product. Firstly, let's discuss the shredder's build quality. Upon unboxing, the Bonsaii shredder appeared sturdy and durable. However, after a short period of use, I noticed that the shredder's motor emitted an unusual noise, suggesting a possible defect in its construction. This noise persisted despite following the instructions for proper usage and maintenance. Moving on to its shredding capability, the Bonsaii shredder claims to handle up to 10 sheets at once. Unfortunately, it struggled to shred even half that amount without jamming. Constantly having to clear paper jams became an incredibly frustrating experience, wasting valuable time and interrupting workflow. Moreover, it failed to shred credit cards, staples, and paper clips effectively, despite the manufacturer's claims. This limitation greatly hampers its usefulness, as many individuals rely on shredders to securely dispose of these items.
