This shredder works exceptionally well. It can shred stacks of paper at a time using the feeder, or a few sheets at the time using the manual feed. It shreds paper into tiny pieces that are more secure and that fill up the collection bin much more slowly than shredders producing cut strips of paper. I have a home based business that deals with HIPAA-secure documents. This shreds CD's, staples and paper easily. It can sometimes jam if papers aren't pretty straight, but I have about a paper box full of paper every month to shred and it's been over a year and still going strong. Does get overheated after about 30 straight minutes of shredding. I tend to do mine all at once, so if you do some daily it wouldn't overheat. Works great, shreds a decent amount before needing to be emptied, shreds completely every time. Total worth the price compared to hiring a company to do it for us. Will absolutely buy another if this one ever goes out.

This is one of the best shredders I’ve had/used. The confetti cutting action helps to ensure that the documents are secure. It’s also quieter than most other units, though a bit higher pitch. So far, after about six bin fulls no jams in the document feeder, nor the cutters. The one flaw seems to be the overfill protection. When the bin get full the power light starts flashing, but the unit doesn’t stop. One time I intentionally continued to feed some paper into the unit (just a few sheets), to see what would happen: it continued to work, but when I removed the bin it had overflowed down the back (interior) of the unit. Minor mess to clean up. Lesson: When the power button starts to flash, stop shredding and empty the bin.

We've had a good name brand shredder for at least 6 years. It has served it purpose and lately started making noises and not shredding well. Even when lubed with the shredder lubrication sheets it begins making noise (knocking or soft banging type noise), so I knew it was near it's end. So the hunt was on for a new replacement. After several hours of searches and review reading I decided the Bonsaii 110 was the way to go. It arrived a day sooner than expected, so this was a pleasant start. After a brief read of the instruction leaflet I put it to work. The first item of note was the lack of noise, this machine is pretty darn quiet for a shredder. It chomps away making little bits out of paper and envelopes with little effort. Manually fed it take stacks of 10 sheets with no issue, it states up to 12 sheets but I didn't gage the paper thickness so I didn't want to push it. staples pages and credit cards go right through with no fuss. The only flaw was the auto feed system, it works but the pages have to be totally flat to feed through individually as it is intended for. If there are folds in the stacked pages multiple pages feed at the same time. While that didn't cause an issue for me, I saw some reviews complaining of a paper jamb with the auto feed. I can only imagine that this was their problem as no matter what I ran through it it ate it up. I ran the machine for about 3 hours with only brief breaks in between for paper sorting and stacking for the next batch of shredding. During this time I filled the bin about 3 times. So in conclusion I can honestly say that my decision to choose this shredder was a good one. Quiet, and thorough in doing it's job is all you can ask for in a shredder at this price point. Great machine for the money!

Don’t waste your money with this product at no point is an office shredder, the feeder didn’t work most of the time , extremely slow and you can only put only a few paper but standing beside the equipment since feeder doesn’t work

I have a few thousand old customer papers to shred. The first use of the auto feeder I put a huge stack and it jammed. I used less and it worked perfectly. I put another larger stack and counted 97 pages, even staples every now and then, and it worked great. I turn it off, get my stack and tap it down to align all the pages, put it in and then turn it on. It lifts each page then takes them down. Usually about 6-7 pages shredding at any given time. I'm almost done with my 2nd full bin of shredding. It heats up after about 20-30 mins of constant shreds. I got some oil too to keep it lubed up too. The shred size is perfect, a lot better than my old 1.5in strip shredder.

I’ve had a Bonsaii Shredder now for about six or seven years. The previous one I bought in 2018, my son used it and accidentally it jumped to the point of no correction. I decided to replace it with this new version with 115 pages because I do shred a lot of papers since I work remotely and handle sensitive information being a healthcare provider. I’m looking forward to putting this to test. The other one lasted me quite a long time so I’m hoping this one does the same. I’ve had experience with this brand that is why I decided to stick with it because it never failed me for the last seven years that I’ve used it. And the package arrived intact. It arrived already assembled. I just took it out of the box and it was ready to go. This one shreds upwards of 115 pages at a time and it has auto setting so I’m looking forward to exploring that. The machines noise level is very minimal . This is a very durable piece of equipment. I’m looking forward to using this one for the 10 years or more. My children are older now so they should know how to operate it without jamming. Overall well made product and good value for my money. I will update this review as I use this machine. I am confident it is a great buy simply based off of my experience with using this brand over the last few years.
