The Bonsaii 110-sheet auto-feed paper shredder is compact and efficient. The sheet feeder makes it so convenient to shred a stack of paper. Just pop a bundle of paper in the slot and you can go and do other tasks while the shredder feeds the pages through. You use the manual slot when you have heavier paper, pages that are stapled, credit cards or smaller pieces of paper. The bin is huge. You can shred a lot of paper before it needs to be dumped. The shreddings are very fine, much smaller than the cross-cut shredder we had before. The box says this is micro-cut P-4 high-security level. I put about 75 to 100 sheets through it as a test. I tested the sheet feeder, and I had some pages that were stapled that I fed through the manual slot. It never jammed. Sometimes, it slowed down a little when I fed multiple pages into the manual slot, but it kept on grinding through the stack. I did have one time where it stopped auto-feeding even though sheets remained. I think the sensor did not detect the remaining pages. But I just hit the "Forward" button, and it started shredding again. It also has a peculiar habit that sometimes, when you move it around, the shredder will kick on for about a second for no apparent reason. It doesn't hurt anything, but it is a little startling. Nonetheless, you can either hit the power button on top or the power rocker switch on the back to cut power to the unit to make sure it doesn't kick on when you are moving the unit. The shredder is fairly quiet. It seemed a bit quieter than our old shredder. You probably still wouldn't want to shred paper if someone was on the phone at the desk right next to you, but it isn't bad. The instruction sheet covers the controls, indicator lights, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The bin is made out of a very tough plastic similar to what is used in trash cans. I don't think it would be very easy to crack or break. I love that the shredder rolls on casters. It makes it so easy to roll out from under a desk to use it and then roll it back when you're done. I am very pleased with this shredder. I am using it in our home office, and I think it will last a long time.

This is the perfect shredder for your home office. I love the many features that it offers. Papers can be shredded manually or automatically. It has an overheat feature that blinks red whenever the machine becomes too hot. It will also alert you that the machine is full by a flashing blue light. I like that there are two types of shredding mode. In the auto mode you can shred up to 110 sheets of shredding paper, and in manual mode, it can shred up to twelve sheets of paper including mail, cards etc. It has a six gallon waste basket, plus swivel casters that make move it a breeze. This machine has so many wonderful feature that it’s too many to list. It is a great item to have and I absolutely love it. Ten out of ten, I do recommend.
