I really love this product. I have short kinky curly hair and I use it for buns, ponytails, twists, and puffs. When im not styling, I use it to moisturize my hair and it works without too much build up. I recently used this balm to twist my hair after a fresh wash. I have very thick 4b/4c hair, but probably used maybe a quarter-sized dollop of the stuff to condition and twist all of my hair (I parted my hair in sections and put small amounts of it on each section as I twisted my hair). The product isn't greasy or oily and is super lightweight, but really works. My twists were soft and moisturized days after I did my hair without any additional product. With other products, I've found that my twists would often feel *crunchy* and dry shortly after completing my style, but I was very pleased with this product. I’m Italian ,Colombian, and Lebanese, my hair is super thick and course. My hairdresser suggested this product to me and it gives my hair the control it needs and keeps it really soft.
