Collector's edition is on point. Everything there as described. Simple one yes but love this series. Game is fun as hell and the visuals are insane. Definitely has a lot of replay value.

I’ve been waiting a long time for this game to be released. This is the game I bought the ps5 for. I got the Hell-A steel case edition. Just started the game so I can’t say too much about it. It does play extremely well. Good frame rate Little hard at first until you get better weapons and master the controls. Played thru the first game and loved it. Best zombie smashing game I ever played. I know this one will be just as fun and more gory. If you’re not into gory games, don’t bother with this one. But if you don’t mind the gore, treat it as simply a game and have fun. ... show more

Loved the first Dead Island way back on the 360. This sequel kinda snuck up on me, and I picked it up for the PS5. The gameplay can feel clunky at first, but when you start learning skills and leveling up, you’ll be amazed at some of the tricks you can pull off and how much faster you can move and attack. The gore is top-notch, and the zombies look great. The missions are fun and there is loot everywhere. I’m not much for multiplayer, so I’m just doing a solo run and having a blast. Love it. I've bought the PS5 version. As the description states, it came with all the bonuses and accessories. Game runs as expected and as far as collector's editions goes it has a great set of items you can display or use. THAT BEING SAID, the corners on the box came dented and the bottom right corner was very scuffed to the point it feels like the plastic melted and hardened as it curled. I have no idea what could've caused this. As a regular gamer you could be happy with everything inside the packaging for the price... If you buy this as a collector and want something to proudly display it's a bit of a disappointment. I don't know on who's end it happened but if you're going to sell a collector's edition product for 100$ the least you could do is wrap it in some bubble wrap or stick it in a slightly larger box with some padding instead of just tossing it in an envelope. You can blame it on the transport but I also bought the dark souls trilogy at the same time as this and they arrived just fine. I'm not going to request a change in product, just do better. ... show more
