So so pleased. In 30 years of marriage this ia the first couch weve ever bought new. We were always given nice furniture but always used so this is a special deal for us. Came in 7 days! Color is perfect, i ordered grey. Got all 8 pieces and pillows ( for my L shaped with 2 ottoman.) Size is exactly as described. Sits higher than most of boneless couches we looked at , also seating from from back to front (knee to back) is more spacious than most boneless couches we looked at. Nice and very firm but soft enough to be cozy which means it will last longer and breakdown slower. Now we are just waiting for the time it takes to completely air up and expand so we can use it!!!! ... show more

We use this sectional every single day, multiple times a day, for hours at a time, and it has been wonderful. The entire family loves it — including the dog and the cats. It has become the main gathering and relaxing spot in our home. One of my favorite things is how comfortable it is for stretching out and taking naps, especially with the huge fluffy pillows. It feels cozy without sinking too low, and it actually sits high enough to feel more like a standard couch, which I really appreciate. I also love the corduroy fabric and the color. The fabric stays looking nice and surprisingly does not seem to pick up animal hair the way many other materials do. Even with pets and grandchildren constantly using it, the fabric still looks taut and keeps its shape very well. It was also fun to watch it inflate after opening it. I honestly was not expecting it to become such a favorite in the house, but everyone gravitates toward it. I have even caught the grandchildren running across it when I step out of the room. The couch arrived quickly and in two separate boxes. I ordered the L-Shaped 4 seat sofa. I live in an apartment with stair access, so the thought of lugging a traditional full sized couch up the stairs and assembling it did not really appeal to me. In this regard, the couch get's 5/5 stars from me. Within 20 minutes, I had my couch up the stairs, and ready for use. My main complaint is the claimed 18 inches for the height of the seats. I measured 14 inches, which quite substantially lowers the couch to the ground. The backrests are also quite low, and the included pillows aren't the best. I went with this model over others due to the fine grained pattern. Others seem to have a more wide Corduroy wavy pattern that did not appeal to me. Each section of the couch is it's own individual part. For the 4-seat sofa, you will receive four individual parts that you align together. The velcro under each is not set up in a manner that makes it easy to secure them together, as it's facing the same way. I occasionally have to nudge a portion to re-align it with the others. The couch is relatively firm, but comfortable. It was ready for use within minutes of letting it expand out of the packaging. It did not expand much more after leaving it for 24 hours. Other than that, I am overall happy with my purchase. It saved my back some pain, and also saved me the frustration of assembling a traditional couch that would cost much more. The cats seem to love it, and it looks great in our living room. ... show more
