For the price, I'd give it six stars if I could. I'm 6'2" and weigh more than 300 lbs (although that's going down steadily!) and sit at a desk for 7-9 hours per day. I decided to roll the dice on this, and it's paid off. Not only does it support my weight--the height adjustment works like a charm--but also it's just plain comfortable. The seat surface is more than wide enough for me and it's about five or six inches thick. The upward slopes on either side are surprisingly supportive. The mesh back feels great and provides plenty of lumbar support. A welcome surprise was just how far and easily it leans back. It's just the seat back that moves, though, not the whole seat itself. The armrests were the most surprising part--maybe I'm just starved of experience with with decent office chairs, but I've never thought of armrests as an addition to comfort. But I love these--the fabric is durable without feeling harsh, and they adjust up and down. I also love the relatively low profile of this chair compared to other big and tall chairs in this price range. I didn't want anything with a high back or that was leather since my "office" is in my bedroom. This chair is substantial enough to be seriously comfortable, but its mesh midback design also vanishes into my WFH set up when not in use. Love it. The only two complaints I have are that it can be a pain to attach the bracket to the bottom of the seat and that the seat surface could be a little longer front to back. For the first complaint, just attach the bracket before you've attached the seat back or arm rests. For the second, meh. I'm sure for most people it will be just fine--I just like to sit cross legged in my office chairs and it's only juuuust barely long enough.

The chair itself is pretty comfortable, especially the bottom seat part. I’m pleased with the comfort and it was pretty much a no-brainer to put together, however I do have a couple gripes. The armrests are slightly loose and rattle some. I wish they had a tighter fitment to fix the slop. Also, the lever to raise and lower the chair is also somewhat loose, which is annoying. I don’t plan on really using either much, but it is disappointing. Overall, I’m still pretty happy with the chair. I do hope they address the fitment of the armrests and levers in the future.

I've had an ongoing issue finding a chair. I'm a pretty big guy, and I've gone through probably a half dozen chairs in the past 3 years. They either don't hold up, or they're so uncomfortable I get rid of them. About a month in though, this chair is really comfortable with very good support. Not sure about some of the comments I read about it being hard to assemble. It took me about 10 minutes. I did upgrade the wheels with ones I had bought for my previous chair. All in all happy with the purchase and would recommend.

Finally I got a chair that fits me and is comfortable! It didn’t take me long to assemble it and the instructions were pictures so that was great! Lol- I hate reading instructions. I’ve been using this chair daily for about three months and it’s holding up well. I’m a large person and the cushion in the seat is still fluffy. The back being mesh is great to keep my back from being hot. The wheels roll easily. I actually couldn’t be happier

This chair is best purchase I have made when it comes to my office. Finally good back support and firm yet soft seating. It was easy to install and came to my door without any problems. I'm not plus size but this chair feels just right. You can't go wrong with this product.

As a taller and slightly heavy individual, I wanted a sturdy chair that would hold up over time. I'm pretty sure this is it, and so far I'm thrilled with it. Highly recommended for anyone taller or heavier, plus it's really comfortable on top of that. If I have any issues I'll update this review, but I don't foresee any problems anytime soon.
