This rug has a pretty pattern and it is soft. It has good traction on the floor and it is a thinner rug, which is what I was after, so it would not be too hard on my washing machine. We hang it to dry I would recommend.

This rug was exactly what I was looking for to put under my son's computer desk. We previously had a high pile rug that was shedding all over the place and trapped dust and crumbs. He likes to snack while gaming so it wasn't a good fit. I like this rug because it's stylish, inexpensive, and washable. It's low pile so it doesn't trap dirt/crumbs, is easy to vacuum, and his gaming chair glides easily. The edges do turn up a bit, so if you are using it in a living room you may want to use rug tape so no one trips. Very pretty grey and white rug. Rug is lightweight and when unfolded lays flat on its rubbery nonslip backing. Rug is about 2”s wider than 5’ and 2”s shorter than 7’. Edging looks good for the most part, two of the four corners could use some reinforcement. I like that the pile is low, spills can be more throughly cleaned since the rug is not thick (spills and pet hair stay closer to surface). Rug is especially suitable for a bedroom because of its softness. It has similar characteristics to bath mats I have purchased - low polyester pile and a rubbery bottom. I got the RELEANY Boho 5x7 Low Profile rug for our new home dining room. As you can see from the photo, it is a very attractive area rug. It is low profile and super soft. The light blue distressed look is elegant and modern. The back of the rug does not have the annoying rubber back that peels after some time or the hard backing material that starts to collect on the surface of the floor. It is a washable rug and does not shed. It is easily spot cleaned with mild detergent and a vacuum (low setting).
