One hand operation has opened every time
One hand operation has opened every time we are very happy with the safe we keep medication and other valuables locked up it opens very easily and consistently the only thing I can say is the battery died unexpectedly and quickly but we did have a back up key to get in to change the battery so that was not a problem we put in better battery so hopefully the new batteries for last longer we are very happy with our purchase

Spend your money elsewhere
Only allows me to do my fingerprint i can't change the time, date, humidity alarm, or the factory password if I could get my money back and return this I would It is one of the worst safes to exist, there needs to be some serious quality control added to Amazon to prevent things like this from happening

I love it! It can open by fingerprint, digital and key. Great in size and love the price

Nice
Works for the most part. Sometimes it doesn’t recognize the finger print accurately. I had wished I had gotten the other model without the dial or door piece.

4 Star
I love this safe very much. The only con is it is kind of small for my liking. I still would highly recommend it.

Update - Broken and no longer functions without the key! Highly Recommend
The media could not be loaded. Changed review - Do not buy!! After shopping around, I came across this safe. The reviews expressed some concerns about the handle and quality, I found it to be well built, smooth functions, very quick fingerprint Identification and incredibly nice in appearance. I’m sure that someone who is looking to secure a highly expensive hoard, you may want something more traditional and expensive. But for day to day gun safety and various precious item security, this is ideal! Mine is hidden, but freestanding for easy access. However, with the pre drilled holes and a good stud finder, the safe will Mount very solid and virtually impossible to access without industrial equipment. Best of all, is that you can program many fingerprints to the unit easily. It’s precise, fast open and the inside is carpet lined. Thrilled I purchased it! We just purchased a second one for my son because it looks cool and he has a few items he wants to store. At 57 pounds, it’s easy to locate anywhere. I have zero complaints.

Garbage
The instruction manual is awful. The fingerprint reader would work, and then not work. Resetting the password is almost impossible. Maybe start by making something that works amazingly well and then make it look cool.

Very cheaply produced NOT WORTH THE MONEY
To start the safe is poorly built with a plastic handle that wobbles, the safe bottom is warped does sit level it wobbles as well, there's only pins on the side allowing the door to wiggle definitely not a snug door. Just overall a horrible safe lol 😆 not that safe
