I am in my early 40s and I’ve always had a cheap $25 hairdryer. I have never really seen the need to have some thing expensive. But I decided this year that if I was going to splurge now is the time. I have really enjoyed using it. I do not style my hair that often but this really helps cut the drying time down. It also comes with several attachments that are super easy to use. The brush attachment I’m not great with but the concentrator attachment I love and it really helps when I want to wear my hair straighter. I think my hair has more volume since I’ve used it. My husband purchased a diffuser separately because I do wear my hair curly also. I have not tried the diffuser with it yet. The cord is extra long, which is a really neat feature that I did not know it had. It also has several different heat settings as well as air pressure settings. In addition, there is a cool blast button that I like to do at the end because it seals the hair. This hairdryer is not a must by any stretch of the means but if you want really nice at home blowout, I highly recommend it.

I've only owned this hair dryer for 18 months and it stopped working. It shuts off randomly after just a couple of minutes of use and today it stopped heating. Disappointing, to say the least. The hair dryer from a drugstore I previously had lasted a decade.
