Easy and simple to put on and take off. This is not a heavy duty strap, but won for support that is not bulky or complex. Still fits in most of the shoes that I wear, other than dress shoes. Nice for support of a sore foot or ankle. Inexpensive and a great value for the low price paid. Used it for night while sleeping to keep foot and ankle stable.

My 9-year-old son recently sprained his ankle, and this brace has been extremely helpful. He has a small foot, but the adjustable straps tighten just right to give him the support he needs without being uncomfortable. He says it feels good to wear, even when walking around the house. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality—it's well-made and feels durable, especially for the price. Highly recommend for kids who need solid ankle support in a smaller size, but I also believe this is adjustable enough to fit a much larger foot!

Looks good quality but….. - I have an ankle sprain I got it for. I feel like my crepe bandage give me more “support” than it during walking as well as during resting up on couch. - Also, the brace is big for me… probably that is why I feel less support? Idk. I’m a size 6 women’s with narrow feet. - it wraps around the foot and makes it BIG. So, I haven’t been able to wear my shoes or regular sandals with it. Only open-toed slipper or very malleable samples fit with it One thing tho, with sufficient clothing on the legs you can kind of hide it, ‘coz then other people are not staring at you when walking- pitying you or just staring when you walk weirdly with a sprain. Probably won’t matter to others but I’ve been getting a lot of stares with my slow walk and that makes me conscious lol.

Very happy with my purchase. I twisted my ankle and needed support walking my dog, as well as golfing. I am not one of those folks to allow for much down time. With this brace it allowed me to carry on with my activities, while offering much needed support. All in all I am quite happy with this product. Tip, I tied the straps too tight initially and it caused soreness on the sides of my feet. Make sure it offers support, but don't go crazy on making it super tight like I did.

This brace has helped to keep my ankle from rolling and becoming swollen. It is easy to put on, lightweight, and comfortable to wear. I wish I had found this product before purchasing more expensive compression foot sleeves.

Fractured tib/fib in February. Bought one and love it. Bought second just for support to non injured ankle, because I baby the injury and don't want to repeat it on the "good" side. I can wear with all my ankle boots & shoes. No boning to compress or rub the malleolus (ankle bones) or healed but tender incisions.
