No one likes to do abs or cardio but when you find a way to make doing either of them easy you will stick with it because it is no longer a chore but instead becomes a welcome routine. This machine does just that making abs something you will want to do. This can be performed with either one knee on a foam roller at a time for weak point training or both knees on the the foam rollers together. I like that this is foldable so you can lean it up against a wall when not in use so it takes up virtually no space at all. This is lightweight, yet sturdy when in use. Because you can adjust the height of this ab machine with just two pop pins almost anyone can use this. The handles are padded and the foam rollers are very comfortable. Unlike most ab machines this one actually works at strengthening the middle abs for overall core strength so I will continue to use it. The higher you make this the more challenging the workout becomes. Also included is a battery powered display for tracking calories lost, time and reps completed. Two additional exercises that can be performed with machine include laying on the floor with your feet on the rollers to tone your legs, and if you sit on the rollers and hold onto the handles you can work your arms. Because you can perform more than one exercise with this machine and its compact in size I do recommend this. ... show more
