After much extended research, I decided to go with this brand for my 24" under cabinet space. I am currently under renovations still but wanted to order ahead of time so once the cabinets are installed this could be put in. My first shipment had to be returned as there was a dent due to shipping. My second delivery came intact! I just opened it to ensure there were no missing pieces and realized how much more beautiful it looks in person compared to pictures! As of right now, I absolutely love it! I have yet to plug this in so I will update if theres any issues once turned on or if its too loud. What I love other then the look: - Very kid friendly. I have two toddlers who love changing the temperature on my current wine chiller. I love it comes with two locks and that the controls are in the inside so my kids finally won't have any access to this chiller! I am really hoping this works great once turned on! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The wine fridge is sharp - stainless steel finish. And the looking is chic and provides our living room a modern vibe. The light is a cool touch to the look of the fridge too. The dual zone allows you to chill different types of wine at different temperatures for the perfect bottle. It came 99% assembled. You only have to attach the handle with two screws which are right behind/inside the door seal. Once it was plugged in it chilled down very quickly. The fridge is dual zoned and both zones hit the correct temperature. The fridge is very quiet and when it is working, we seldomly feel that. It fits a large amount of bottles yet takes up very little room. I store my beer and wine there and the capacity is super good for a home use, for our regular days or treat friends sometimes. So the size just well fits our small space without eating much space in our living room. The customer service was awesome and responded our questions very quick. The refrigerator mostly arrived mostly fine with one crucial problem: they had forgotten to screw in the hinge for the door before it was boxed up. No problem, they offer 24 hour turnaround support, and all I need was two tiny screws. Thus began a 7 week journey in frustration. The initial reply took 3 days, and apparently they had no screws in stock, and so had to order them through their supply chain. The last 6 weeks were waiting for them, with absolutely no proactive emails unless I pinged, and then a terse apology and "please wait". No sense at all that I have been put out and they should be going above and beyond. Finally, with the screw still not here, they offered a 5% discount, but otherwise told me to keep waiting. At this point I measured the hole, went on Amazon and paid $7 for a bunch of stock screw, and of course it fit completely fine. Overall the refrigerator now works well, but this is the type of customer experience where you decide never again will I spend close to $700 for an appliance from a no-name brand. ... show more
