I liked it, but sizing was too small, and had to return. It's about two sizes too small. I do not have gut or American beer gut. I am athletic American man, fit and in shape, not a small Chinese male. The good, is that I liked how it was designed compared to others. Price could be much better... I took two stars off for sizing. If you try to cinch it, being to small, you can feel it pinch your spine and Sciatica... A HUGE NO-NO!! I wish China would have a sizing equivalent to an American Male, when they don't make specifically for America or Westerners. i.e. from other orders I have experienced, as much as 3 sizes: China 4XL = American XL ... show more

I’ve used several other types of back braces to help with my posture. This brace has performed the best. It takes a little getting used to on how to wear, but then all is good. Great sturdy support, not bulky and light weight.

The media could not be loaded. I really like it, except for the metal that keeps sticking out, if the company could find another way to secure that. The support for me was great. I have a pinch nerve in my back and bought it for support.

I have horrible posture and severe scoliosis. I found this brace to be pretty comfortable and very helpful in keeping my shoulders back and straightening my back. Makes me more conscious of trying to tighten my core muscles.
