I have now attempted to get the screws that weren’t delivered for my handle from Bodega 5 times. I turned In the online form. I have called the customer service line. I have sent an email. When I got the customer service rep on the 5th try she said she would call me back with the size of the screws so I could go them by myself and she never called. When I called her back at shortly after 5 pm eastern no one answered and their after hours message was on even though it says the are open until 6 pm eastern. Absolute abominable service and delivery from Bodega. On the flip side the Amazon rep I dealt with was great. She just couldn’t help me. I have to deal with these people. If I could give zero stars I would. ... show more

Overall this has been a great wine/beverage cooler. We had only been using it for about 8 months and just suddenly stopped powering on. The upside is that Bodega responded quickly and are going to be able to hopefully solve the problem with a new power board. Excellent customer service.
