For this purchase, the stars aligned (metaphorically speaking). I was offered the free Prime month, and I was given a free 1-day shipping option for this purchase. The package came the next morning, which was less than 24 hours. Unlike some of the other reviewers on Amazon, I got what I ordered, which consisted of 4 one-pound packages. This is the exact same product that I have bought at my local grocery store a couple of times. I saved a lot of money buying this versus the local store. This is a good quality brand of coconut flour, and I've had nice results creating keto recipes with it, including microwave cakes and pizza crusts.

Bob's Red Mill produces a high quality product and this coconut flour is another example of that. It is finely ground, clean white flour, and has a nice coconut aroma. It's great for baking all my keto and paleo recipes. This 4-pack purchase is a great value and the expiration date is 10 months away, so these will last in the pantry and I'll be able to use it without worrying about it going bad too soon. Make sure you get the 4 pack upon delivery - this was my second try. The first time I ordered this, I only got one bag instead of 4, but Amazon made it right.

This is such a great deal! This pack of 4 is less than 2 at the store. I've started using coconut flour A LOT while doing a low carb diet. I have a nut allergy (mild side) and thought I. could handle using almond flour while baking--I had a bad reaction. Coconut flour to the rescue! Coconut flour is a lot more absorbent than any other flour so you tend to use a lot more. I absolutely love cooking with it. Yes, some things do take on a coconut taste, but that's ok. I use it mostly for baking. I love coconut!

I used it for Swiss rolled cake, coconut pound cake, the powder is great for substituting wheat flour! And it came with separate air tight packages so you don’t have to worry about going bad without being able to use all of it at a short period of time. I will definitely explore more cake recipes with this flour.

Bob's Red Mill is my go to for many gluten free flours, and I definitely find their coconut flour superior to any other brand I've tried. Coconut flour is tricky because it absorbs so much water, and brand to brand it can vary wildly how it behaves in baked goods. Bob's has been very consistent with excellent results. I always use Bob's so that my baked goods come out reliably, and I don't have to mess around with how much to use. Also, I have celiacs and have never had any problem with this coconut flour.

My mom wanted to try a bunch of stuff in the new keto recipe book I got her. She asked me for coconut flour and made herself some keto pizza. She said it was amazing, so mission accomplished! Plus anything by Bob’s Red Mill is worth supporting. Such a great company!
