I've tried so many almond flour brands over the years, and Blue Diamond is by far the best I've found. Most other brands I've used have had a stale, pungent flavor and a really strong almond smell that overpowers whatever I'm making. This one is completely different. It has a much milder flavor and scent, so it blends into recipes without taking over. The texture is what really sets it apart for me. It's ground incredibly fine, finer than any other almond flour I've purchased, which makes a huge difference in baking. It gives a smoother, more consistent texture instead of that grainy feel some almond flours have. I wish I could buy it locally (that's my only gripe) and for that reason I've tried many other brands in a pinch therefore I can definitely attest to it's superiority versus other brands.
