I first tried a similar chair at a gym, but this one blows that one out of the water. And I don’t have to sit in a chair right after someone I don’t know! You’ll want a partner to help get it out of the box, but after that, setup is easy. Pro tip: Lift the seat cushion and you’ll see the remote connection right underneath—Brad points this out in the setup video. The variety of massage programs is incredible. I haven’t tried them all yet, but everything I’ve used has been fantastic. Each program has its own feel and intensity, whether I want deep work on my back, a gentle unwind at the end of the day, or the surprisingly great stretching routines. One of the biggest surprises has been the foot massage. The rolling + compression combo is strong in a therapeutic, not painful, way. Pro tip: Spend a few minutes exploring the menus and you can customize everything exactly how you like it. The chair feels solid, well designed, and impressively adjustable. I didn’t realize it even had voice control until I tried it—and the wake phrase “Hi Bob” is such a sweet tribute after his recent passing. It makes me smile every time. Customer service also deserves a big shout-out. They were responsive, helpful, and proactive when I had a small question about my order. That level of service is rare these days and really added to the experience. Overall, this chair has quickly become part of my daily routine, and I can already feel the difference in my back and legs. I am genuinely impressed with this Bob & Brad massage chair. From the moment I sat down, I could feel how well-designed it is. The massage pressure is strong but adjustable, the heat feels amazing on sore muscles, and the zero-gravity position makes a huge difference in how relaxing the whole experience is. The chair feels high-quality, comfortable, and gives a full-body massage that actually loosens up tension — especially in my lower back and shoulders. I use it every day now and it’s become one of my favorite parts of my routine. Assembly Note (Helpful Tip!) The only issue I ran into when putting the chair together was connecting the remote. I couldn’t find where it plugged in at first, but if you lift up the seat cushion, the connector is right under there. The piece is attached with Velcro, so once I lifted the seat and saw that, it was super easy to connect. Just mentioning it so others don’t get confused! Overall, this is an absolutely awesome massage chair — comfortable, powerful, and packed with features you normally only see in much more expensive chairs. I highly recommend it!

I purchased the Bob & Brad Massage Chair to help with recurring lower back tension, and after using it for the last week, I can confidently say it has exceeded my expectations. Setup was simple and efficient. The delivery team placed it where I wanted it, and I only needed to attach the foot massager, connect the remote, and plug it in. The packaging was secure and well organized, and assembly took just a few minutes. I did need to lift the chair enough to slide the base of the box out from under it though, so I would recommend getting a hand with that. The variety of built-in programs is one of my favorite aspects. There are options for full-body massage, targeted back relief, Thai-style stretching, and even routines designed to help energize in the morning or relax before bed. Each one feels different in intensity and rhythm, so it is easy to find a setting that matches my mood or needs that day. The foot massage feature was a pleasant surprise to me. It combines rolling and air compression in a way that provides strong but comfortable pressure, especially helpful after long work-from-home days. I have noticed that my lower back and legs feel looser and more flexible after consistent use. It is also surprisingly quiet, which makes it easy to relax without distraction. The chair itself feels sturdy, well designed, and made from quality materials. The controls are straightforward and the track system does an excellent job following the natural curve of the spine. In addition to being able to adjust the intensity of the rollers and compression, there are additional pads that can be added or removed to adjust the intensity. the only thing is does not do is put pressure in your hips. Very easy to use. Though voice activation is a little sensitive. Sound system is very good. This chair has helped me a lot.

I am extremely impressed with this massage chair. I purchased it to help relieve persistent upper-back and shoulder pain. As a photographer, years of poor posture have definitely taken a toll on my neck and upper traps. From the very first session, I was amazed at how accurately the chair identified and targeted my problem areas. My upper traps are full of knots, and when I say this chair found them and worked them out—believe me, it absolutely did. I primarily use the gentle massage setting, and for me, the pressure is more than sufficient. I honestly don’t see myself needing a stronger setting for my upper-trap area because the gentle mode provides deep, effective relief without discomfort. Another unexpected bonus was the foot massage. I didn’t anticipate enjoying it as much as I do—wow. The combination of air compression and rotating massage balls feels incredible and genuinely melts away tension. It has quickly become one of my favorite features. The chair arrived earlier than expected and was delivered on a pallet. In its packaging, it weighs around 250 lbs., so it’s definitely a two-person job. My husband and I were able to bring it inside without any issues. Assembly was surprisingly simple, and setup took far less time than we anticipated. The remote and controls are intuitive and easy to use, which we really appreciate. Overall, this chair has exceeded my expectations in every way. My entire family—including my husband and three kids—has been fighting over who gets to use it because we all love it. If you’re considering a massage chair for pain relief, relaxation, or overall wellness, I truly can’t recommend this one enough.

I love this chair. It fits short and tall people and has many options. I did have difficulty getting the app to work on my android phone, but after finally getting it to work, I found I am happy just using the control that came with it. Customer service responded immediately to my questions and tried to be as helpful as possible. The chair is large but only needs to be less than 5" from the wall. It is shipped in the reclined position so you can place it right where you want it, knowing it will not hit anything and when turned on, it will move to its upright position. I have had many friends and family try it out and then look it up to see about purchasing one for themselves! I hope it lasts for many years. I feel better, move more freely and have more flexibility. It does have a weight limit of 275lbs so if you have large friends or family members, be up front about who can try it out. So far it seems to be high quality and easy to use. I wish that I could select the massage I want before the chair starts on the default massage or when it is in pause mode, but that is a minor issue.

I received this chair 2 days ago and have used it several times since. Set up was straightforward. I went with this Bob and Brad because I have one of their hand massagers, and exercise bands that have been good quality through the years. Hopefully this will last many years as I like frequent massages. 1 year warranty standard with USA customer support. I have tried several of the programmed massages and like full body stretch and Thai stretch best. The others I have tried are good as well. The gentle setting seems to be sufficient for me, though I have used the stronger ones. Since I have ordered the price has dropped 200$ as of today. 2499$ when I purchased. The body scan does a good job of making a custom fit for each body and size. I also like the targeted programs and I have used the upper shoulder one to good effect after I have finished a regular program. Most of my issues are neck and upper back. Feeling good and loose now. I I’ll follow up if I have any issues with this chair massager.
