I've had a couple of this style of massager over the years. This one's a little more compact than older models. It's easy to use - the remote is handy so you don't have to reach back and push the power button repeatedly. I don't love the beeping sound it makes when you change modes but that doesn't happen often. The strap is solid but on the short side, so it may not work on very large chairs. For me, it works well for the upper back strapped to the chair. For lower back, I just set it at the base of the chair. It seems well-made and I hope it gets me through many Zoom meetings to come.

Purchased this because I'm avid fan of the brand. I have stuck with Bob and Brad items over the years because of their ease of use, simplistic, and quality items. An added bonus with the soothing heat, especially to help relax my body. I really appreciate the levels of intensity and the ability to adjust the levels of massage. I have this on the back of my office chair, to give me a back massage while working, because of the added strap, it makes it so nice to keep in one place all the time. An absolute win-win. The fact at this price point, something like this can be offered, is so good. I definitely will be picking up some more as gifts throughout the year.

Pros: - The massage function is absolutely amazing and helps a TON. I felt like an an overdone noodle my muscles were so relaxed. I've had chiropractors and massage therapists tell me my traps felt like literal bones I get so tense, so this a huge positive for me. - The device is quite sturdy. I'm a fluffy lady over 200 lbs and I can lay on this on my bed (which has a soft topper). Not sure if it would work as well on a firm mattress - those might be too hard to be comfy with how firm the knobs inside dig in, but with a topper I found it was brilliant. - The electric connection is super strong when clicked in. - You can use it all the way up and down the spine. With the V pointing upwards to cradle your head, it's great for your neck and traps and the top half of your back. Turn the V upside down and it cradles perfectly into your lumbar area for lower back massage. So handy! - It has an elastic strap which is a surprisingly well-made and sturdy one. - The heat function does take a while to heat up and it's a gentle warmth once it does. I like this personally but if you prefer higher heat with a fast warm-up, my pro might be your con. - Even if you only use this once or twice, it's still less than the cost of a decent massage at most places, and you don't even have to leave the house! But to have it available for use on demand? Fan-freaking-TASTIC!! Cons: - The electric connection is super strong when clicked in. (Yes this was also a pro but it makes it a bit of a challenge to plug and unplug if needed, especially if you have either mobility or strength issues in your hands.) It's easier to unplug it from the outlet itself so this really is both a pro and a con - you don't need to worry about it coming unplugged during use, but unplugging and replugging can be a challenge). - The elastic strap, while a good sturdy one and definitely good quality, is far too short to be practical for most regular office chairs. It would fit great over those ones that have the narrow head piece in back, but the elastic is definitely not long or stretchy enough to fit over a wider or executive type office chair. - It has no handle on top to easily carry around or grab and adjust if needed while using in a chair since the elastic isn't long or stretchy enough to hold it. I'm guessing they're assuming folks will use the elastic as a handle but it's too far down to reach to be used that way in functional practicality and it makes it just kind of awkward overall. Other thought: - It felt so amazing I used it too much and overdid it a little... I found out that it's got the time limit for good reason. I used it about a half dozen times in a row on the same spot mid-back (there was much pain beforehand) and ended up getting sore ribs LOL. I probably should have stopped after 3 times. Or maybe like 4... But yeah don't let it lull you into thinking "Oh just one more time" like I did...) Conclusion: Definitely worth the money. My muscles felt soooo relaxed and released I was just tickled pink about that. The lack of handle and too-short to really use elastic strap is what cost it the star, because it is pretty awkward to move around, place, and adjust without those features, especially if you have strength or mobility challenges, but the pain reduction is still super worth it at the end of the day and I would absolutely buy one of these again if it breaks or wears out.

Amazing functionality- my back pain has vanished. Super easy to use and feels amazing. The different settings allow you to pick the right pressure type for your needs and greatly helped my lower back pain. Remote is a lifesaver to allow you to continue to enjoy the product without having to direct fidget with it. 10/10 would recommend

The media could not be loaded. I was very impressed with the product quailty, easy instructions and most importantly, the level of massage intentsity. This is my 3rd Bob and Brad product, and each time I'm impressed with their products. This includes a quick start guide, a booklet, a remote, the massager and a wall outlet power cord. The heat automatically is activated when turned on, which is great. I use this product after a workout, so I use it on all the body areas such as back, neck, hamstrings, quads, and calves. My husband uses it mainly for his back and neck. I feel so relaxed after using this massager, and it is very quiet. It definitely provides firm, rotating heated massage, and you can change the level of intensity to your personal choice. It would make a great gift, so easy to use and a quality product!

This is my new love! It's easy to use and feels FANTASTIC! The kneeding action is so effective that it loosened up a tight knot I had in my left shoulder blade. The pain traveled up to my neck and was causing a headache. This massager took care of that knot in two treatments. It's absolutely silent so I can use it while I'm working and no one can tell (except for the occasional moan). I sit in front of a computer all day and this is going to be an essential part of my routine, for sure. If you space out and just enjoy it, you would swear that you have a profession masseuse working on you. I like that you can use it on whatever part of your body hurts. If you lean into it the massage is harder, or you can take it easier and make it a more gentle massage. Definitely recommend it.
