I needed a small outboard for my dinghy and decided to buy this engine instead of taking a chance buying a used one on Facebook marketplace or someplace like that. I gotta say I am completely thrilled. The engine came in well packaged. The set up was extremely easy. I just added some oil to the crank case and the fuel line right out of the box. It fired on the third pull And started after I adjusted the throttle a little bit on the next pull and idled perfectly. It’s a four stroke so no mixing oil. It’s lightweight enough that you’re not going to break your back picking it up. Absolutely no negatives to report whatsoever. The seller was also very responsive. Note that sometimes they ship the engine separate from the fuel tank and the tracking number you may get is just for the fuel tank in my engine arrived the next day. After I check my messages, I saw that the seller actually emailed me both tracking numbers so the follow up is extremely good. ... show more

So far no complaints, seems to be a great motor. Runs smooth, and it is pretty quiet. Bonus that it comes with the fuel tank and about 6' of fuel line. The motor also comes with a small tool kit and spare gaskets, and impeller.

I have had several outboards over many years of boating. I am very impressed with the quality and reliability. Starts first pull even when cold. Powerful enough to get my 10’ dingy on plane and idles smoothly when cruising the marina. The price is a fraction of other comparable motors and it comes with spare parts and tools to service the unit as well. The customer service is great too.
