The BN-LINK store 2.7 gallon point of use hot water heater came with the heater, mounting hardware, fittings, a power cord, and instructions. The heater delivers just that - hot water on demand at a set temperature. Installation is easy (I had to build an outlet, but so what), operates at 120VAC, and sits right under my bathroom basin. Sorry, takes a good 3 minutes, which seems like forever, for hot water to be delivered for my morning shave. This little 3 gallon or so unit solves that problem with a minimum of fuss. Warning, this takes water up to 150 degrees or so - really too hot for the kid's bathroom. This would also work well for hot but not too hot beverages. I find this device to be truly life-enhancing and thus well worth the $10 or so on offer at the time. I see a nice 40% off coupon just now, so grab while the grabbing's good.     • Because Not For Propane - Electric Only - with 120V Plug
because THIS unit is NOT for propane... it comes with a 120V electrical cord that plugs into a standard outlet... The pressure release valve is NOT included... and that hole is NOT for propane... so do not try to hook it up to propane... Nowhere in the product description nor the product images does it ever mention PROPANE... so, please be careful and do not do that... on the other hand... the convenience and proper use of THIS unit will relieve you of your concern over instant hot water... and saving all those seconds, hours, days and probably cumulative years... that you have previously spent waiting on the hot water to arrive from your 40 gallon tank which seems to be a mile away... especially in the morning... good-looking design is pleasing on the eyes... ... show more

This is great to have especially if you're like myself where my mini water heater for my outdoor kitchen went out. This is a great replacement for that and I am so thankful that I have this. It does have the spot for a hook up for two the propane I think so I'm gonna go ahead and connect it and see if it's able to work. Also, I like the fact that this is, so lightweight and easy to install. Small footprint on-demand water heater with plug-in power plug, which is something I don't see too often on these types of water heaters. I noted on the box that the specs for this heater quote a 90-degree temp rise for up to 2.7 gpm, which is hotter than one would really want at their bathroom faucet, close to 150 degrees considering an average 60-degree cold water source. So far, I have been unable to replicate those results, but have been able to deliver suitably hot water at a low-flow faucet on a constant basis. ... show more
