I just put it under my pillow and listen to music helps me sleep better. My twins can’t hear the music so it doesn’t bother anyone else while they sleep. I’d choose this over a sound machine any day. Fairly east to program, but what threw me of was the AUTO/MANUAL. It has to be in AUTO to run a program. Do this by pressing and holding the manual button for 4 seconds. It will go into AUTO mode. press the manual button to turn on or off AUTO.

    • Auto program does not run.
Ours has never held the auto timer routine in the ON position. I have it programmed for every day, to control the lights on our aquarium. And it turns the AUTO run to the off position after running the program for one day. There appears to be no way to convince it to keep running everyday, even though it is prg4ammed to do so. It walking was difficult to get it to switch from Manual mode in the first place. I held that button four seconds then five seconds, then forever.... went away. Came back. Tried again. After many tries, I finally hot Auto to switch and got it turned on. Then, even though it's programmed correctly, it won't run and switches itself back to off. 8 am now looking for a named brand from a brick and mortar retailer, and this is sadly going to the landfill. ... show more
