There is no closure to the pocket. It is similar to just inserting the pad into a regular bar. My pad humiliating rode out of the bra and was around my neck at work. Embarrassing! The fabric is nice. The sizing runs small.

I normally wear a 38 so I ordered a 40 and it is still far too small. Even the 42 might not work. Also, the open top pocket does not hold forms well at all
