I don’t normally get excited about hair dryers, but this one honestly impressed me more than expected. The first thing that stood out immediately was the build quality and overall design. It feels much more premium than the average bulky store-brand dryer. The finish, buttons, display, and attachments all feel thoughtfully designed instead of cheap or flimsy. It’s also extremely lightweight, which makes a bigger difference than I expected during longer drying sessions. Performance is where it really shines though. The airflow is very strong for such a compact dryer and it noticeably cuts down drying time. It dries hair quickly without creating that overly harsh, frizzy feeling some powerful dryers can cause. The airflow feels controlled and smooth rather than just blasting hot air everywhere. The controls are also simple and intuitive after a couple uses. I like that there are multiple heat and airflow settings, including a mode that alternates between hot and cool air automatically. The little display showing temperature and fan speed is actually useful instead of feeling gimmicky. Another pleasant surprise was the noise level. It’s definitely quieter than traditional hair dryers while still delivering strong airflow. Not silent obviously, but much less harsh sounding than older dryers. The ionic feature also seems to genuinely help with frizz and smoothness. Hair feels softer, looks shinier, and is easier to manage afterward compared to basic dryers or air drying alone. This hair dryer looks and feels way nicer than most dryers I have used. It matches the description well, especially the lightweight travel-style design. The whole thing feels well made and not cheap, and the pink color looks clean in person rather than tacky. It has more of a professional feel than the basic bulky dryers you usually see. It is easy to hold, easy to move around, and does not feel tiring if you are using it for more than a quick pass. Compared to traditional hair dryers, the noise level is also much lower. It still makes noise, obviously, but it is not that harsh, loud blast that some dryers have. The only drawback is that the controls take a little getting used to. It is not difficult, but it is not quite as instantly obvious as a very basic dryer with one or two switches. Once you figure it out, though, it feels more like a professional dryer than a cheap travel one. Overall, it does what it is supposed to do and feels like a much higher-end product than most standard dryers. It is lightweight, quieter than expected, and easy to handle, which makes it good for home use or travel.

I don’t usually use a blow dryer, but this one actually made me start using one regularly. First thing, it looks and feels way nicer than most dryers. The whole thing just feels well made, not cheap. It’s also super lightweight, which makes it easy to hold and move around without your arm getting tired. The controls are pretty simple once you use it a couple times. One button handles the airflow, the other cycles through temperatures. There are a bunch of settings, including cool, warm, hot, and even one that switches between hot and cold automatically. The screen shows the temp and speed, which is actually useful and easy to read. Performance is where it really stands out. It dries hair fast, but without making it feel dry or frizzy. The airflow is strong but controlled, so your hair isn’t getting blown all over the place. My hair comes out smoother and easier to manage compared to just letting it air dry. It’s also quieter than I expected. Not silent, but definitely not as loud or harsh as older dryers. The magnetic nozzle is a nice touch too. It just snaps on and off, no twisting or forcing it into place. Only small thing is the buttons feel a little different at first, but you get used to it quickly. Overall, it feels like a higher-end dryer that actually performs well. Lightweight, fast, and leaves your hair looking better without extra effort. My hair is short. I typically towel or air dry it. In fact my metric for time to get a cut, is when the hair takes too long to dry on its own. So I don't have an existing point of comparison when reviewing this hair dryer. But I can start by saying that I really like it a lot, and I've become a convert, using it every day with great results. It is visibly a quality machine - the design, the materials and the build. I thought I would prefer the grey version, but find the burgundy model to be very attractive. It is light weight and easy to maneuver. The controls are simple and straightforward. One button to power on and select the mode, one button to adjust the temperature. There are 2 temperature-controllable wind modes, soft & strong, along with a high-speed cold air mode. The temperature control cycles through: cold low & high speed, warm low & high speed, hot low & high speed, and alternating cold & hot in 5 second increments. The display shows the speed, and the temperature in both color and degree readings. For me a warm dry followed by a cold finish works best. I also find just a cold blast to the face to be very refreshing. It is quiet enough that I can still hear the podcast I am inevitably listening to, and on top of that it generates negative ions. It comes with a magnetically attachable nozzle that will concentrate the airflow. While I haven't shopped extensively for a hair dryer, in my opinion this is a beautiful professional unit and easily justifies it's price.

They were not kidding when they said that this thing was portable. This hair dryer is as portable as it gets. It literally takes up less room then even my foldable hair dryer. Its even quieter than my expensive hair dryer that I thought was better than anything I've ever end. This Bluvol hair dryer blows everything out of the way, because this is now my official ultimate hair dryer. I've never imagined something drying my hair as fast as it dried my hair. Not only did it dry my hair, it didn't make it frizzy. Some blow dryers I've had in the past blow super strong air that my hair frizzes everywhere. This end results with this cut the drying time by an extra 3 minute, no frizz, no tangles, soft and manageable hair. Allowing me to work my next phase of straightening my hair. I usually have to part my hair to make sure it dries from the roots, not with this is effortlessly gets straight to my most troubled areas and dries quickly. It is always a life saver if you have sleeping children or a husband that has to sleep during the day due to work where you don't have to worry so much about waking them up. This has many pros and nearly no cons. The color is new and the design is sleek. The display screen is easy to read and see. With the heat settings easy to understand. The price may seem high but for quality it is by far worth it.

This hair dryer is small/compact and light. It is super comfortable to hold and use. Although it is pretty small (compared to a standard hair dryer), it is super powerful, yet quiet. I have hair just above my shoulders and I'm able to dry it in less than 5 minutes, so it is really quick! I love that I can easily pick the temperature levels of the hair dryer and see what temperatures it is actually reaching. I like to dry my hair with the high-heat setting and then hit it with a blast of the cool air. I find that when using it, my hair looks really nice - much smoother and less frizzy that it would be if I just let it air dry. With this hair dryer, I can easily have a salon-quality blow out at home. So, for the current price of just under $95 (with coupon - other wise it is regularly $106), I think it is a good value. However, I wish it came with some additional attachments. It doesn't offer a diffuser (for curly hair), but it does have a nozzle that helps with using with a brush.

This modern shape is so different than my old hair dryer! I love how it fits in my drawer or travel bag so efficiently! It is lightweight and compact. The rubber cord strap keeps everything under control and organized. I am amazed that it has so much power to dry my hair so quickly. The magnetic direction attachment is so quick and easy to use! It targets the roots of my hair . The screen is super easy to read. The top sliding button is for blower speed and on/off. A click of the bottom button controls the the different heat settings. Thanks to Vine I have the opportunity to try and review new things! This pretty pink Bluvol Sonic Dry H10 Apex Travel hair dryer is great quality, function, and comfort all in one! I now own two different Bluvol hair styling tools and they are both top of the line 5 star items!
