First of all, this is my first electric scooter I've ever used. So I can't compare it to any other brands. But, I can confidently say that this Blutron electric scooter has not disappointed. The assembly was easy. Just make sure you read the instructions because you'll need to inflate the tires before you ride. The company should put a sticker calling it out on the scooter itself because I am sure some people don't bother reading the instructions. After assembly, I took it out for a quick spin before charging it just to make sure it worked. Out of the box, this thing took off pretty well. Enough of a jolt to catch me off guard. But I quickly learned to slowly press on the throttle to start. After a couple runs, I felt comfortable enough to push it to the limit. I was cruising at 20 mph easily. It is very stable. It never felt wobbly. The brakes were perfect. I definitely feel lucky to have picked this brand and model as my first electric scooter purchase! Great job Blutron!

I bought this scooter in September 2023, on my first ride, it started showing an E6 error, the motor got extremely hot and no, I only weigh 170pounds, the actual range on this scooter is 18miles, it's so difficult to kick start it sometimes and it comes with terrible breaks. I tried to return it just two days after receiving the product but the seller sent me a return label which that requires that pay $175 for the return, I contacted Amazon and several efforts was made to pasuade the seller to send a free return label but the seller wasn't responsive, I'm glad Amazon finally took care of that. I ADVISE ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING THIS PRODUCT NOT TO BUY IT OR YOU WILL END UP WITH REGRETS. IT'S CHEAPLY BUILT AND THE SELLERS DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AFTER SALES.

I actually was really enjoying this scooter, used it to go to work and back a few times and had no issues. eventually I decided to refill the back tire's air, was getting low.. and then I saw that no matter what I did, no matter how I tried to refill it, the air kept leaking out, I tried the included air pump tube they give, tried my bike pump , tried my mini pump, nothing works.... then I realized that the valve stem itself seems to be damaged, a small detail I never would of noticed.. it seems it was shipped with a damaged air valve that was covered the whole time.. I never thought to check the air valves, even though I refilled the air when I first got it, I don't think I ever did anything to the back one, it just never worked, and I didn't know.. I pushed air on top of it, the air leaked around it, but the tire was still filled when I first got it so failing to put more air in just kept it where it was.... until eventually the tire just went flat.. and can never be refilled.. I'm one day before my ability to return but I have no box because I threw it out after previously being satisfied with the product.... I feel ripped off... and have no idea how to fix or replace this stem if its possible.. and the manual says the wheels don't come off easy without professional knowledge.. and there's no videos or guides online for this scooter at all... so just wasted money... Very well done little scam...

I am delighted to share my experience with this product. It has proven to be an ideal solution for my needs, making my daily commute much more convenient. Riding through the city for 2.8 miles is in approximately 15 minutes. The product's impressive speed and exceptional handling on inclines, bumps, and cracks have made my rides comfortable and enjoyable. Even when faced with a steep driveway, it gracefully slows down to climb while maintaining a maximum speed of 20mph, providing a sense of both agility and safety. I am thoroughly satisfied with this product and have been having an absolute blast using it. the one thing that I want to mention is that sport mode is way too fast for myself I will have to use the C mode , but sports mode works just fine when riding with my girlfriend togetherI, hope it lasts

Después de 300km de uso puedo decir que Fue una excelente compra, usualmente la uso todos los días 15 km y el gasto de energía al conducir a 32km/h es de 40% para que te hagas una idea de la duración de bateria. Es súper robusta y es confiable. Sus llantas son duras no se han desgastado . El manubrio es bastante ancho y cómodo lo único que destacaría como punto negativo es el peso de la patineta pero es por su tamaño y resistencia.

I reached out to Blutron because the screw that holds the locking mechanism would get loose from time to time and I ad to keep tightening it so it eventually wear away. I emailed the company about the problem. I was told to send a video of the problem and I did. They took a long time to respond so I had to email them again. They asked me to send proof of purchase and I did. No one has responded up to the time I am writing this review and that is 2 weeks now. I even gave my phone number for someone to reach out to me and no one has. I am frustrated with this company and the lack of interest in their customers. I now have a very expensive scooter that I cannot ride. I do hope they are reading this and would reach out. Ms. Bradshaw

Scoooter is powerful but the app crashed most of the time. It display incorrect battery size so the range is totally off. The ride is not that smooth compare to the scooter with suspension. Also i wish they have disc brake for front and back.
