I received my AC300/B300 Power Station within a week, yesterday, I had my first chance to test it out. This is the second order from bluetti, first order is from their official website with one set ac300/b300 and now i added the second sets to integrated it to my home grid. The AC300 has a 3000w inverter but no battery inside, B300 is the external battery cell of ac300, this is a very interesting design, i can move it easily and add more batteries to get more power. I started testing ac300/B300 in the evening and ran through the next day.The power station is rated at 3072Wh capacity/each, but in my tests I get about 2700Wh of usable power (88% efficiency) for each set. i connect two sets ac300/b300 with a fusion box pro to get double capaicty 6144wh, and used it on gas furnace with 1/2 Horsepower blower which takes about 850W to run. I wanted to keep the furnace running during a power outage so that pipes in the house don’t burst if it drops below freezing.I was able to run 25 hours on a single charge! That’s more than I expected at an 850W draw.But attention, it's an intermittent draw. I think if it was colder and the furnace had to kick on more often,if so i may get a little less. But overall, I was much pleased with the test results. I am glad i can use both 120v and 240v by combining the two sets ac300/b300. I've done some playing around with the UPS function on the ac300/b300. i also tested the UPS function, it seems powerful. There are 2 modes--Online UPS and Offline UPS, according to my testing these days, If you have a use case where the devices you are powering can't tolerate any switching delay at all, "Online UPS" mode may be preferable. To preserve battery cycles and run straight wall power, "Offline UPS" would be the choice. I will keep updating if there is more findings. ... show more

I live in an area that has experienced several electrical blackouts during the last year which lasted up to twelve hours. By using three Bluetti Power Stations (EB 40, 70, and 150) I was able to keep my house alarm system, internet modem and router, and small TV active during the two blackouts. After the last blackout I began a search for a larger and more capable power station to be able to keep my deep freezer functioning for a prolonged period to preserve all the expensive meat and frozen items. My research led me to seek a new power station that had a large capacity LiFePO4 battery- known for its safety, long life, and ability to deep discharge without damage. Also important was some portability and solar recharging. The product that best met my criteria was the Bluetti AC300 + B300 Power Station. The Master Module and the battery are separate units and can stack and are connected for use by a supplied cable. Each unit was able to be moved around my house using a furniture dolly and then quickly reassembled for use. Because the system is modular, up to three more batteries can be added in the future. After my initial assembly, I charged it up to 100% in a short period of time using the AC input and then connected the AC300 control unit to my iPhone using the user friendly Bluetti app and also my home wifi system. I now have the ability to monitor the system remotely. I spent the next several days using the new Bluetti System in emergency situations to assess its capabilities. First, I moved it to my garage and plugged in my freezer (155 W intermittent) and ran it for 24 hours without any recharging. Next I added two solar panels to test the solar recharging and pass thru power ability. Over there next day thanks to the sun, I was able to keep the freezer running and partially recharge the battery. I next recharged my electric bicycle batteries which went well. Next was my 12 V refrigerator which could run for an extended time with some solar assist. My CPAP which uses 24 V DC ran perfectly even using the heated hose and humidifier. Lastly, my wife and I used it as a massive recharging station. I can't say enough about the versatility and power of the new Bluetti Home Backup System. I will now store it in my house near an AC plug and keep it around d 70% for storage because I know that I can use solar if needed for recharging. I am totally pleased about the build quality, ease of use, portability, safety, and peace of mind that I am much better able to cope with a future long term power outage. ... show more

    • Dead on Arrival - Exasperating Customer Service

The bottom line of this review - think again before buying a Bluetti as their customer service is about the worst I have ever dealt with at any company. I already owned a Bluetti AC500 with a B300S battery before I made the purchase of this AC300. I really like the Bluetti generally. Unfortunately, though, it’s a dealbreaker (for me) to have a defective AC300 right out of the box, and 18 days after receiving it, it’s still sitting here, dead, and I am pulling my hair out to get a resolution from Bluetti. I have made countless calls to their Las Vegas headquarters, and I have even spoken to a supervisor there, who promised to call me back 4 days ago with a resolution, and never did. Amazon refuses to accept the return because it was shipped by Bluetti. And all decisions at Bluetti are made by the management team in China, and they clearly are not working very well with the team in Las Vegas. It is a complete management and operational disaster. And even those that work at Bluetti admit it’s a problem. If you’re someone who is looking for a grid down, back up power solution, good luck if there is any kind of equipment failure that requires a warranty claim. Based on my experience, it could easily take weeks to resolve the issue with Bluetti. In a way, thankfully this AC300 arrived dead, as I now have the opportunity to to return it and find a better solution. ... show more

So far I really like this set up. So much so that I ordered a second B300. My original B300 I got there was something wrong with it. So I contacted Bluetti and rep Anson came to my rescue. I had to send back the B300 but Anson had one sent out to me as soon as they received my first one. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. I plan on buying 2 more B300's soon. ... show more
