  • Worth every penny!
Color: brown
The media could not be loaded. I am a noob at vinyl so take my word if you’re a beginner and you want something affordable, light, and sounds decent! It’s very simple to use. Sounds amazing!

The media could not be loaded. Easy to use, great sound! This was my Kansas album that I bought in 1977 when I was a sophmore in high school. Sounds great! Excited to dig out some more classics!

  • EXCELLENT ENTRY LEVEL TT
Color: brown
After playing over 100 45s on this turntable I am confident for the price it was a good buy. I read some negative reviews before my purchase & found the remarks to be untrue. The built in dual speakers sound fine they are Clean & Clear but they aren't Bose so don't expect Bose quality. The turntable motor starts fast with a cued record & the belt drive motor speed is spot on. I also own a brand new belt drive Audiotechnica LP60 & sound quality of this unit is equal to it at double the price. Built in preamp works perfect with my mixer & I use it in manual mode instead of auto. This turntable is what it is a great starter TT to get into Vinyl. I play mostly old juke box 45s some are from the 1950s & 60s & they all play great. TT has bluetooth but I don't use it so can't comment on that feature. Again sounds every bit as good as my audiotechnica so I think that's saying ALOT for this entry level unit. I highly recommend it especially if your on a budget or like me don't want to spend $200 to $350.00 just to spin some vinyl. ... show more

  • Good quality for the price
Color: brown
Overall I'm very happy with this purchase. The sound quality isn't ideal but is decent; perhaps what would be expected given the price- i.e. you get what you pay for. Anyways, the thing works and arrived in good condition.

  • Wow. Works and sounds great. and AT A GREAT PRICE TOO!
Color: orange
The last ten years has seen the comeback of vinyl, after many of us abandoned and replaced it all with other media for the convenience of more compact and more easily-stored formats. As a collector, I have a mix of vinyl left over after I digitized and sold much of my collection. My remaining records haven't been played in more than a decade and my existing turntable is one of those USB versions that is pretty limited in usefulness. My vinyl started calling to me....but it had no voice. So I started looking for something a bit more versatile. And I found this DigitNow bluetooth turntable. At $49.99, it seemed like it was worth a look and a listen. It turns out that it is a really nice and multi-functional unit. To help everyone else considering a purchase, I tried out all of the features. To test this unit, I pulled out a couple of different vinyl records. A 1970s 45 in decent shape, a fine quality import LP from the 80s, a 12" 45 and a 78. EVERYTHING INCLUDED It comes with a stereo RCA cable, a power adapter, Instruction Manual, special belt adjustment instructions, 7" record adaptor, warranty card and the unit itself. A three year warranty? Holy cow. They must have confidence in their products! The unit itself is compact in size: a 12" record sits over the edges. The dust cover can be closed when playing the record and has gaps where the record sticks out of it. the size makes it light and as reasonably compact as it can be when no record is being played. That's a positive for space-challenged folks or people who want to move it different places. PLAYING VINYL WAS EASY It's easy like a record player should be. Turn it on, put the record on and move the tonearm to the vinyl. There is a catch to secure the arm when you move it and avoid accidental damage to the needle. All three speeds sound to be fairly accurate when playing records. The tone arm has a dampened lowering device which is nice and prevents some accidents from over-anxious people. BLUETOOTH CONNECTED EASILY The unit is a Bluetooth receiver and synched easily with my phone and ipad. Music from the handheld units played at a good volume from the turntable. Volume was adjustable from both the handheld units and the turntable. The instructions are explicit that you need to have the tone arm in the stored position for the Bluetooth to be discoverable and to work. I didn't pay attention to the directions and wondered why the turntable kept disconnecting from my phone and why it wouldn't play TO my iphone. Instructions: 1 Gary: 0. RCA OUTPUT JACKS WORKED AS EXPECTED The turntable fed very good sound to my receiver through the RCA cables. Very good sound indeed. EARPHONE JACK WORKED WELL Earphones worked easily with the front connector but let's face facts: most people won't use it for that as it would restrict personal movement pretty severely. That jack could also provide a sound feed for anything using a 3.5mm connector, including external speakers or output for some other device. STYLUS REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS They are complete. This unit seems to use a standard stylus but there is no indication in the instructions about how often you should replace them or where to get them. My understanding is that they should be replaced every 25-50 plays. Not a huge deal, they are inexpensive and we all know that we can get everything we need from Amazon, right? SOUND QUALITY The small twin built-in speakers face front and seem to me to be very good quality for playing all sorts of music, maybe a tad tinny. I much prefer that to the heavy bass I would get from earbuds and other speakers. The front power and volume knob sits tight on the unit and gives plenty of volume. Keep in mind that your sound quality will depend on the quality of your original vinyl. My mint 1980s and later pressings sounded amazing. 1960s vinyl is known to be....less than idea to start. And some pressings were audibly better than others. Before you blame the turntable, realize that the vinyl pressing contributes strongly to the strength or weakness of your sound. INSTRUCTIONS Multiple language booklet. Try reading them in a non-native language (just for fun). OVERALL VALUE IS VERY HIGH This unit does everything a turntable should do (plays records) and more (serves as a Bluetooth speaker, is highly portable, can be completely self-contained or work with your other equipment). I am very pleased and highly recommend it for people looking for a primary or secondary record player. Not sure what more you could ask for from a $49.99 player. I am very pleased. ... show more

  • Absolute garbage
Color: brown
My teenager put this on his Christmas list and I was unimpressed by its appearance when I went to order it. I even asked if he was sure this was what he wanted and he said it was. He opened it Christmas morning and was happy. The day after Christmas he comes to me and asks if he can play a record on my turntable because it was skipping on his and he wanted to see if it was the record or the turntable. He played it on mine and it played fine. We went to his room to check out his turntable and the vinyl. The vinyl was a brand new pressing. Obviously you can get pressings with flaws, but there were zero scratches on it. I played it on his turntable and it skipped. Some things I noticed while using his turntable: -The record cannot be placed on the turntable straight down because the arm is too close to the turntable. You have to come in at an angle. -The lid stays open at an angle making access slightly inconvenient. This is more of an aesthetic thing for me and didn't bother him. -When I used the lever to lift the arm it is very loose. Not at all like me lever on my Victrola. -After moving the arm to the beginning of the record I used the lever to lower it onto the vinyl and it JUMPED to a different position. There were no obstructions and for it to do this as it's lowering could cause damage to records. COMPLETELY unacceptable. -The arm is flimsy and lacks the weight of the arm on my Victrola which may account for it not riding the record grooves well. -The casing to the turntable is faux wood and plastic garbage up close. Look it's a $60 turntable. There are MUCH more expensive ones, but there are also cheaper ones and I can't imagine the cheaper ones being worse than this. Honestly I had a cheap-o turntable as a kid to knock around with that would hold up and play better than this POS. Don't waste your time. If you want something cheap there are better options. If you want something to play and respect your vinyl there are better options too. I am in the process of returning it and his Victrola will arrive in 5 days. Worth the wait for something decent. ... show more

  • Flashback!
Color: brown
This was the best present of Christmas! Bought multiples for our sons and my mother. Younger son kept looking for a button to push to move the arm onto the record!! 😂. Sound quality is excellent straight from the turntable, but connection to a Bluetooth speaker is so simple.
