This headsets is fabulous for canceling out background noise. I have the loudest baby in the history of the world and my customers can’t hear a thing! Even when she is sitting in my lap. It also cancels out barking dogs really well! It is comfortable and holds a charge well.

This headset is really easy to set up and quick to connect when i need it. The only downfall is that it is not noise cancelling at all. It picks up the slightest noises. Charging station is nice and quick. It works in a single office environment but not for gaming or cubicles.

EDIT: I had someone reach out to me and offer to send me a new headset after posting the below review. I received my new headset and it seemed to be fine for a few weeks, then the microphone stopped working all together. I put up with it and just used it for audio, but now that has stopped working too. The headset still talks to me and tells me its connected or powering off, but I get no other audio, not just teams meetings, but music from YouTube or zoom meetings or Netflix shows- no audio at all. I am really frustrated and highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. Old review: Having some issues with mine... it will randomly not connect to Teams audio and sometimes it is just static when someone on a meeting is talking (in Teams and Zoom). I know it is the headset because when I disconnect it, I hear everyone clearly through my laptop speakers and they can hear me. I have turned the headset on and off again and it doesn't seem to fix it. Sometimes, I'll leave it off for a few days and it goes back to working just fine as before. Unsure why this is happening, but it is definitely frustrating so buyer beware.

I wanted a Bluetooth, mono headset with a charging base that could connect to my phone and laptop simultaneously. This headset does all that, and at around $80 is much cheaper than brand name headsets with the same features. PROS -After adding some foam (yes, I crazy glued some foam) to the headset it is decently comfortable, I used it for hours straight on a virtual training and it was pretty comfortable. -Audio quality was good enough for conference calls. -The charging base is nice and works good. CONS -Mediocre build quality. -Sound quality is the worst I've experienced in several years..BUT, it is good enough for conference calls. -The bluetooth connection doesn't handle multiple devices well, it disconnects and is tedious to reconnect. Overall I'm keeping it as a backup headset, but I'm ordering a Plantronics to be my main headset.

These headset is really good and I highly recommend them, anyone that does CSR. They go a far distance are comfortable and you can hear clearly. Not hard to connect, charge life is amazing. You can also connect them to your phones.

Hated having a cord for my headset. Tried several wireless models and had a few issues either with pairing or volume. This headset is great! Paired without any issues and sounds great. Highly recommend for those people that need to use all day and cut the cord.

I’ve had this headset since mid August 2022 and the return window has already ended, so not much time to test it out. I work from home for a call center so the mute button is my friend. However, with this headset the mute button isn’t responsive 80% of the time. When it does work, there’s a lag and it’s quite annoying that the headset will say “microphone off” or “microphone on”. It’s a quick indicator, but a simple beep would be better. Also, the volume buttons aren’t responsive some of time and that’s another downfall. I gave it 3 stars because it’s comfortable and is wireless. UPDATE (1/30/23) I’ve had this headset for a while now and it’s started to slowly stop working. I use it for work and there’s been a handful of times now where the sound on my end isn’t working so the people on the other end of the phone line can’t hear me. I’ve tried to turn it off and turn it back on and while it says it’s connected, it still doesn’t work. I’m now having to switch back to the uncomfortable headset provided by my job. The mute button is still an issue as well. It hasn’t even been 6 months and this has a lot of problems. I’ll be looking for a new headset.
