With all I do with work, I juggle at least a dozen different things at any given time. As such, I always have a headset on, but I also like to have an ear open for my other PC, my laptop, as well as my wife and the kids (since I do much of my work in my home office). I used to wear a full headset and just pull one of the earphones to the side, which was of course uncomfortable at times. Someone else that does work similar to mine suggested I get a headset like this, and I am SO glad I did!!! No more having to twist the headset so I have one ear open — this is built for exactly that!!! I get to listen in on my video chats or other audio from off of my PC or laptop with one ear, and have the other ear open for whatever else is going on around me. It makes multi-tasking SO much easier, and it is SO much more comfortable than using a regular headset and pulling one side off your ear! This sits very comfortably on both sides of the head!!! The noise cancellation in these is superb. There are times I get concerned because of the kids being loud in the other room while I'm trying to work. With my prior headset, I used to get remarks here and there when the kids would be loud, and it was so embarrassing, let alone unprofessional. With these, it's not a problem at all — there have been a few different incidences now where my kids got loud in the other room, and no one said anything!!! I actually tested them compared to my old headset — had both hooked up to my computer, recorded the audio from both sources at the same time, and checked to see which one filtered out the background noise better. With my old headset, you could hear the kids clear as day (even though they were supposedly a “noise-reduction” headset as well). With this new headset, you couldn't hear them AT ALL!!! Literally not at all, but you still heard my voice in the foreground just as crisp and clear! I was shocked!!! The headset is extremely comfortable, to the point where at some points, I don't even notice it's there. Easy to adjust, and stays in place. The battery life with these is great. I can chat all day, listen to seminars and such, music, and more constantly all day long, and they last a couple days easily without even having to think about it. They connected to both my PC and my laptop with ease — no effort at all. Both immediately found them, connected, and were good to go within seconds. The mute button works great. You get that distinct click when you press it, so there's no mistaking you've muted yourself. All in all, this is a GREAT headset, and I am so glad I bought it, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a headset for one ear, but the other ear free to handle other matters!

I got one of these in January 2026. The mute button at the end of the boom (where the microphone is built in) was defective out of the box. The customer service was adequate when I needed it. The company sent a replacement unit (which I opted for instead of a refund) in a short time. The mute button on the new unit worked, so I was happy. Now, six months into using this headset, the mute button — which I don't use all that often, but DO use and regard as a critical function — is broken. I can't afford another $50 to replace this headset and if I was going to replace it, I wouldn't buy another one of these. Aside from the critical function of the mute button breaking after a ahort time (six months of light use), the unit functions like you would expect. I'm very disppointed.

Great headset with excellent battery life! I’m really impressed with this headset! The sound is very clear, and the microphone works great for calls. The battery life is excellent and lasts a long time between charges, which is a huge plus when using it throughout the day. It’s also comfortable to wear, and I’ve been really happy with how well it performs. I even accidentally wore it out in the rain, and it still worked perfectly afterward! I honestly wasn’t expecting it to hold up that well. For the price, this headset has been a great purchase. Clear sound, great battery life, comfortable, and surprisingly durable. Definitely recommend!

I work from home. I had purchased another headset on here that was actually more comfortable but people kept telling me I sounded like I was in a tunnel. But everyone can hear me fine on this one. It is a little too big, but I do have a small head. But it does hurt my head after a few mins. Maybe like 10-30. So if you’re always on your phone, this might not be ideal. But your head might be better than mine! I can’t remember which part hurts my head. If it’s the part that’s on my area above my ear or the part atop my head. The ear piece itself is fine! Oh and charging it is kinda weird. I’m not ever sure when it’s actually charging. So I did go to use it once and it was almost dead. I have used this when I was downstairs and my office is upstairs. I have never TALKED on it that way tho. But it does sometimes lose connection. Well it’s kinda like choppy. I just go downstairs to fix my lunch while in a meeting or something like that. Setting up the phone was quite easy tho! I think I just plugged in the usb thing and then pressed and held the power button until it said “power on” and then I was good to go!

***UPDATE*** I WISH I WOULD HAVE RETURNED THEM "Your headset is disconnected" sounds off multiple times a day, sometimes 3 or 4 times back to back. It does it while using them and while they are docked. it is frustrating as can be. If it happens during a call, I can not hear what is being said over the disconnected message, but after the message is over, the conversation can continue. It is not actually disconnected. Dropping a star due to this. The sound quality is good. My head is kind of small but they stay on ok. It does get stuck in my hair tho, because I usually have it tied back. I am considering returning them for two reasons, and I have only used them a few times because of these two reasons. A really cool feature is that it can hook up to two different sources, my computer and my cell phone. I want to play music on my cell while I work on my computer, but it doesn't work that way. The music seems to only come from the computer. The other reason is that it regularly says that it's disconnected. even though it is not.
