My wife has been using this headset daily for work calls and virtual meetings, and it’s been a great purchase so far. Setup was very easy — the USB dongle worked instantly with her computer, and Bluetooth pairing was straightforward. No driver installs or complicated steps. Call quality is excellent. Her voice comes through clearly, and the noise-canceling microphone does a very good job filtering out background sounds. Even with activity around the house, people on the other end say they hear her clearly without distractions. Audio on her side is also crisp and loud enough without distortion. Comfort is another big plus. The ear cushions are soft, the headset is lightweight, and she can wear it for hours without discomfort or pressure. Battery life easily lasts multiple workdays before needing a charge, which is very convenient. Overall, this is a solid headset for remote work, meetings, and calls. Great performance for the price and highly recommended for anyone needing a dependable work headset.

I use a headset for listening to music, and making phone calls at work. This headset checks all the boxes! The earpiece is cushy and padded, it's very comfortable to wear even after many hours of use. The music sounds fantastic, it has a really nice rich sound! It can connect by Bluetooth, or by plugging in a usb-style dongle (I have only used it by Bluetooth to my phone). The controls on the side are easy to use - volume, next song/previous song, answering calls. It has the function to answer/hold two different calls "call waiting" style. It also has a mute button on the microphone boom. It's super easy to charge - the headset easily fits in the charging stand without any re-adjustment. I've listened to music for the whole day at work (practically 8 hours), and it didn't run out of charge at all. I'm really impressed and happy with this headset!

I’m extremely impressed with this Bluetooth headset. The connection is fast and stable, and the included USB dongle makes it super easy to use with my computer. It paired instantly and worked perfectly right out of the box. The AI noise-canceling microphone really makes a difference. People can hear me clearly even in noisy environments, which is great for calls and online meetings. The sound quality is clear and crisp on both ends. It’s also very comfortable to wear for long periods, and the battery life is outstanding. I can use it all day without worrying about charging. Highly recommended for remote work or online classes.

With all I do with work, I juggle at least a dozen different things at any given time. As such, I always have a headset on, but I also like to have an ear open for my other PC, my laptop, as well as my wife and the kids (since I do much of my work in my home office). I used to wear a full headset and just pull one of the earphones to the side, which was of course uncomfortable at times. Someone else that does work similar to mine suggested I get a headset like this, and I am SO glad I did!!! No more having to twist the headset so I have one ear open — this is built for exactly that!!! I get to listen in on my video chats or other audio from off of my PC or laptop with one ear, and have the other ear open for whatever else is going on around me. It makes multi-tasking SO much easier, and it is SO much more comfortable than using a regular headset and pulling one side off your ear! This sits very comfortably on both sides of the head!!! The noise cancellation in these is superb. There are times I get concerned because of the kids being loud in the other room while I'm trying to work. With my prior headset, I used to get remarks here and there when the kids would be loud, and it was so embarrassing, let alone unprofessional. With these, it's not a problem at all — there have been a few different incidences now where my kids got loud in the other room, and no one said anything!!! I actually tested them compared to my old headset — had both hooked up to my computer, recorded the audio from both sources at the same time, and checked to see which one filtered out the background noise better. With my old headset, you could hear the kids clear as day (even though they were supposedly a “noise-reduction” headset as well). With this new headset, you couldn't hear them AT ALL!!! Literally not at all, but you still heard my voice in the foreground just as crisp and clear! I was shocked!!! The headset is extremely comfortable, to the point where at some points, I don't even notice it's there. Easy to adjust, and stays in place. The battery life with these is great. I can chat all day, listen to seminars and such, music, and more constantly all day long, and they last a couple days easily without even having to think about it. They connected to both my PC and my laptop with ease — no effort at all. Both immediately found them, connected, and were good to go within seconds. The mute button works great. You get that distinct click when you press it, so there's no mistaking you've muted yourself. All in all, this is a GREAT headset, and I am so glad I bought it, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have a headset for one ear, but the other ear free to handle other matters!
