Functionality & Audio Quality I bought this headset for my daughter so we could play D&D together online over Discord, and it has worked flawlessly straight out of the box. I own several headsets that constantly struggle or cut out with Discord’s built-in audio processing and noise suppression features, but this one required zero audio tweaking or troubleshooting. I got one of these in January 2026. The mute button at the end of the boom (where the microphone is built in) was defective out of the box. The customer service was adequate when I needed it. The company sent a replacement unit (which I opted for instead of a refund) in a short time. The mute button on the new unit worked, so I was happy. Now, six months into using this headset, the mute button — which I don't use all that often, but DO use and regard as a critical function — is broken. I can't afford another $50 to replace this headset and if I was going to replace it, I wouldn't buy another one of these. Aside from the critical function of the mute button breaking after a ahort time (six months of light use), the unit functions like you would expect. I'm very disppointed.

This unit is comfortable to wear for long calls. The battery lasts me all week, using it 3 hours a day on average. The call quality is clear. I can walk around the office and not lose the signal until I go over 50 yards away through a large, thick door. It sometimes has issues syncing with Teams, but I'm not sure if that's the unit or Teams being Teams. When I had a (self inflicted) issue, I reached out to the manufacturer via email, they got back to me quickly on the next day, and they were very helpful and professional. I wish it had a battery % indicator. Overall, great unit especially for the price.

I work from home. I had purchased another headset on here that was actually more comfortable but people kept telling me I sounded like I was in a tunnel. But everyone can hear me fine on this one. It is a little too big, but I do have a small head. But it does hurt my head after a few mins. Maybe like 10-30. So if you’re always on your phone, this might not be ideal. But your head might be better than mine! I can’t remember which part hurts my head. If it’s the part that’s on my area above my ear or the part atop my head. The ear piece itself is fine! Oh and charging it is kinda weird. I’m not ever sure when it’s actually charging. So I did go to use it once and it was almost dead. I have used this when I was downstairs and my office is upstairs. I have never TALKED on it that way tho. But it does sometimes lose connection. Well it’s kinda like choppy. I just go downstairs to fix my lunch while in a meeting or something like that. Setting up the phone was quite easy tho! I think I just plugged in the usb thing and then pressed and held the power button until it said “power on” and then I was good to go!

The noise canceling isn't the greatest. Bought 6 months ago and now no longer charges more than 28%. I even tried other charging cords and outlets to trouble shoot to see if that was the issue.

Great headset with excellent battery life! I’m really impressed with this headset! The sound is very clear, and the microphone works great for calls. The battery life is excellent and lasts a long time between charges, which is a huge plus when using it throughout the day. It’s also comfortable to wear, and I’ve been really happy with how well it performs. I even accidentally wore it out in the rain, and it still worked perfectly afterward! I honestly wasn’t expecting it to hold up that well. For the price, this headset has been a great purchase. Clear sound, great battery life, comfortable, and surprisingly durable. Definitely recommend!

Great headset for the price, I bought this to use for meetings both working from home and in the office. Sound quality: Voices come across crisp and clear. Bass is better than I would have expected as well as the sound quality listening to certain song genres. I'll leave it at that as my use is really limited to hearing others speaking in meetings. Mic quality: Does a good job of minimizing loud background noise from being picked up by the mic. With a noticeably loud TV 4 feet away it only barely picked up the show playing. I get some noise that comes through from my mechanical keyboard. Range: With the dongle, there was no sound or mic quality loss over 50 feet with multiple walls and rooms in between me and my computer. Charging: The base has a good weight to it, easy to connect and looks good. Compatibility: Links to multiple devices and can connect with the supplied dongle or Bluetooth. For my purposes I've just been using the dongle. Quality: Feels solid and durable. Buttons function nicely with a good tactile feedback and the mic movement is very smooth and easy. Comfort: I have a larger head and this is a very comfortable headset with good padding. Packaging: Packaged well. The box was crushed pretty good in shipping, but no issues.
