I have had several bluetooth items throughout the years, and this has to be one of the easiest devices I've ever connected to. I am a medical assistant that does a lot of telehealth calls throughout the day, and this is much easier than the current headsets we use. It is small, easily fits around my ears, and has several different ear covers for different sizes ear canals which makes the device very comfortable. The device looks very slick and professional (see photo), and the charging case makes it very easy to keep it at full battery. I also like the different buttons and quick actions for answering calls and being able to use Siri. I tested both the microphone and speaker quality, and both are top tier. Recommended this to my entire clinic and would recommend to anyone who has to use a headset throughout the day.

Ngsod read my review and issued another identical headset, and the SAME ISSUE persisted with the second headset. I would not purchase this item, knowing the replacement had the same issue as the first. This item requires less than 1 star. The Ngsod Bluetooth Headset, Wireless Earpiece was a replacement for a similar, less expensive product purchased last week. And by the way, the other earpiece looked exactly like this earpiece, just a different name—food for thought. The first earpiece worked okay, but it caused a lot of ear pain, both inside and at the back of my ear, so I replaced it with this one. This item caused slightly less ear pain, but three days after my initial use, the Bluetooth connection started to cut in and out, and I couldn't make a single call without an unintended disconnection. So back this item goes today. It's both unreliable and offers no significant improvement over the previous one, at nearly double the cost. The problem is that I need another earpiece immediately, so I am effectively rewarding Amazon by "buying" a new one for an overnight delivery, before I receive the Gift Card, which would otherwise take upwards of two weeks to arrive on my credit card. This Gift Card vs. Credit Card refund is becoming a real vicious cycle and very expensive. And we all wonder why we spend so much money at Amazon.

I'm only using this for work cam meetings. Works very well, other parties hear me clearly. No problem connecting via Bluetooth or the included USB fob. The only issue is that there is no indicator for the headset charge, only the charging case. I have to Bluetooth the headset to my cellphone to get the headset charge and then D/C the Bluetooth because I don't want to use it with my phone.

The quality of this is excellent — sound is clear (although the option to turn it up in noisy situations could be better), and the charging case is a very nice touch. My only real complaint is that it tends to automatically sync with my phone if it’s anywhere in the vicinity, whether I want it to or not. So when dialing my phone at home, I couldn’t hear the person I was calling. Took me quite some time before realizing that the call was going through my headset, closed in its case, in the other room. I need to physically disable bluetooth to allow me to use the phone’s speaker. In addition, it’s a bit more awkward to get around my ear than my last headset, although it’s very comfortable when in place. On the upside, it seems to hold a battery chanrge for quite a long time. Quite an improvement over my last headset.

So far this has been a great little device that has made my life answering 100 calls a day in a busy office much easier. Unfortunately I am not able to touch to answer due to the program that I use on my computer (Dial Pad). This isn't a issue with this headset just the program I use in general. I am very impressed so far. It is comfortable. I can hear well and clients can also her me. The battery life seems to pretty good. It is made well, I like that there were options for sizing for the rubber pieces that go inside of my hears, this makes it much more comfortable for me. The functionality it good. Being able to mute, and adjust volume on the device is very nice. All and all very pleased.

I bought this Headset for Home Office Use and I'm so impressed with the performance! Very crisp, clear sound and the Bluetooth pairing was quick and easy! The fact that the battery life is so long is phenomemal for office use and the wonderful charging case is just icing on the cake. When it’s working it works well. Clear audio and microphone . Comfortable to wear. I’ve had quite a few issues with connectivity to Teams. Sometimes I’ll lose both the microphone and audio, sometimes just audio. Does not transfer between two Bluetooth devices at all. My last headset transferred between my phone and computer (Teams) seamlessly, didn’t have this one do it successfully one time. Also charging is hit or miss. You really have to push the headset down in the case to start charging and sometimes it charges and sometimes it doesn’t.
