After the second headset I'm very pleased! The first bluetooth headset arrived without the case charging display working. I contacted the company and right away they began working on my issue. Within a week I had a fully functioning replacement. This company stands behind what they sell! As for the call quality, it is impressive! I have owned other much more expensive headsets and this one performs as well as them if not better. Even while in a very loud tractor trailer (so loud I wear earplugs) this headset delivers crystal clear calls and my voice is not muffled at all. I have had other headsets that were supposed to be noise cancelling and the call quality was terrible! This one sets the standard very high! I tested both headsets and they both had the same great call quality. Buy this product with full confidence that the company will stand behind their product and the call quality will be excellent!

So far so good no issue with battery time. Good charging options. The couple calls made no issue with clarity on either side. And bluetooth range is great. About a week in audio is still great, but what I really enjoy is the charging, I drive truck and use the headset for about 10-11 hours and between calls and listening to podcasts have had no issues with battery life. At the end of the day I put the headset in the case or simply set it in the recessed port in the lid and it's ready to go the next day. Another great feature is when I purchased the headset I also got a wireless charging mount for the phone and whenever I need to all I have to do is set the case it the phone mount and it will charge. Making this headset completely cordless.

This headset is better than the expensive ones, except it doesn't tell you what the battery level is when you connect it to your phone. That's one missing feature that the others have. Other than that, this is a very good device, with much better sound cancelling qualities than the other brand (you know who I mean).

I think this is almost perfect except for one thing. It's really my ears but I have such a hard time fitting something like this. I can usually get it to stay but I think my ears are just too small. That aside, this works great. I love the case that actually keeps them charged. You charge the case, then you put the bluetooth ear piece in the case and it continues to charge. I have had this for several weeks (maybe a month) and the case is still showing 64% charged. You can charge the ear piece by itself but I really like the case being able to charge. Then when it's running low, you just have to charge the case up again.

I love my easy wear bluetooth headset.. it's so convenient to do everything I need to do around the house and out and about without fatigue pain .. and also the different charging methods which is 4 by the way is so handy in so many ways ..I can charge it during in so many ways and that's bery convenient..
