I prefer the over the head headset but this earpiece is well designed. The speaker might not be a perfect fit for all ears but it is close enough. For the price it is great. Controls are good. Pairing is easy. During a conversatoin you can put the device on your left ear while listenign to your smartphone with the right ear. Once in place you press the on button and this Bluetooth device takes over the communications.

It's ok. Universal so it doesn't fit everyone's ear. The supplies 3 ear canal silicone caps small, medium, large still didn't fit my ear snug. It kind of cause the over the ear pack to have more play and pushes away from your ear canal for best sound. Instead it loses some sound due to the 3 universal ear pieces to choose from. I'm between the small and medium fitment so it keeps out of the ear canal. Otherwise people can hear me and not the noise around me. Driving my SUV with the windows open and the mud terrain tires rolling and they can hear me now. I like it and will deal with the minor issue.

Product works great sound and music work extremely good stability of product cannot take impact not doable easy to break if you fell asleep with it in your ear the thin plastic stem that's connected to the swivel will break on the inside flimsy
