light weight, good battery, on medium call flow days itll last 2 8 hour shifts, sometimes 3. I charge it every day after work, and never run out on battery even on days that are super busy. I watch youtube between calls too, and it still doesn't die. Build quality is fine, not amazing, but I'd prefer light weigh to heavy build. Noise cancellation is amazing, my dogs will bark and unless they're in the same room, the headset filters them out, and no one knows what I'm talking about when I apologize for them barking. I have the bottons on the headset, thy are are hard click type buttons, so I have to push on my head enough to move the headset to change volume, and the nute button is on the mic boom, also hard click button type, and it verbally tells you "mute off" but I would prefer if it was a system mic mute, which would fix the issue, with never knowing if I'm muted when on zoom unless I'm constantly aware of my mute status. for the price, I'm not sure you can do much better, range is about 40 feet, so I can play with my dogs in the back yard while waiting to help people

I just received this yesterday and was able to use the headset for work yesterday. I had another brand but they hurt my ear. I read the reviews and liked them so I bought to try for 30 days. I like how the sit on my head. It does not hurt my ear. The mute button is on the mouthpiece which I really like. I work 8+ hours on the phone and battery lasted. I did plug in during my breaks and lunch. I listened to a few calls to see if I heard background noises. I didn't hear the TV which is on a low volume anyway but I did still hear my bird but not loud like my old headset or corded headset. So far I am impressed. Will update after I used them for a bit.

I have purchased this headset and been using it 10 hours a day for over 30 days. This is the best headset I have ever used. It's comfortable and the sound quality on both the microphone and earpiece are great sound. The battery life is great. I have never run out of battery life. Let me tell you I have twin grand babies that I Watch literally in the office with me crying and playing and they never hear it in my zoom meeting. The setup was easy and I WON a free headset. They have a scratch off inside. I love this company.

Work from home and needed a headset that would filter the background noise from my kids. It worked like a charm and no issues with pairing. Works great with My teams as well. Only complaint is the range with the dongle isn't very far but again not enough for me not to use this or recommend.

If your looking for a very affordable headset. This is the headset for you. I have purchased 8 of these so for. Better than most of the more expensive headsets. Sound quality is great. Voice clarity and back ground noise cancelation is great. Head comfort and ear comfort is great. Button layout and the simple control of buttons was well thought out. Bluetooth connects very fast. Stays connected and never loses connection. 30 ft. Receiver ranger is very good. I have had zero complaints talking to people while using the headset. They say better than the phone speaker when talking. If you want high quality headset for a affordable price than the competitors look no further.

This is my second purchase for the same headset. I replaced a different expensive wireless Jabra headset with this model about a year ago and my staff member has nothing but great things to say about it. When another Jabra broke in the same place as the last one I knew this was the model I would be replacing it with. Literally a 1/3 of the price and is is a much better product.
