I’ve purchased at least four of these machines in the last few years. And each of the machines has failed and it’s been difficult to get support from the company. When I do get support from the company, they might send me a new machine for the error that happened, but then the new machine fails within a year as well. It seems like the life expectancy for this product is roughly a year before you get an E6 or the defroster stops working , , or the defroster stops working or the machine just stops working altogether. Their warranty is only for one year, even when they replace the unit you do not get an extra year on the new unit. I’ve now switched to using a brand that offers a five year warranty and hopefully their product as much better ... show more

Its very sad because they are expensive and not even 6 months later one already stopped working. I'm never ordering these again, I rather pay a few more hundred dollars for a better quality dehumidifier ... show more

The unit stopped working just over a year after purchase. I called the company, sent emails, have called over ten places to try to get it serviced… no luck.
