Bluebonnet is my absolute favorite hard vitamin on the market. I say “hard” because I take another brand of liquid vitamins as well. I have allergies to things that can be pretty scary as well as digestive issues. I have never ever had a problem at all with Bluebonnet and I always feel like I get the full benefit from them too!
