The material that it's covered in has a nice look band feels to be very premium. I believe this chair is rated for 350 lb and I am near that weight and six foot four and it fits me very comfortably. The chair was easy to assemble! In the packaging was simple tools,a hex bit(for your bit driver if you own one) and extra hardware in case you lose or damage any. Once put together, the chair is simple to use. Place your body in it and relax! Game,do work whatever you wish. It is supportive and the massaging lumbar pillow takes me back to Bangkok! It was delivered 2 days earlier than what says on the website!! To be honest, I do not play games at all but I am preparing to get an IT certificate and I am sitting to study for a long time sometimes I send all the day just sitting on my computer to study. My old chair is not good for long sitting and I knew that people who play game spend too much time sitting to play these video games, so I decided to buy one of the chairs they use. I was looking for all black chair that less than $200. I found this one and I decided to give it a try. I really happy with my purchase. They provide even a gloves!! and you do not need other than the tool they provided. Im using it for the 2nd day now and I really feel the difference.     • Remarkably solid
To begin, I am what the kids would call a "Big MotherF#$@er". I'm 6'4" and sit around 350-370 depending on how much my metabolism hates me during any given week. So far, it feels INCREDIBLY sturdy for a "gaming chair", which is good, because it is specifically marketed towards the big and tall. The head rest pillow is pretty stiff, but it's better than just laying on the pu-leather. The massaging back pillow though, this thing is pretty dope, not gonna lie. Couple of different vibrating modes, patterns, strengths, nothing too crazy, but definitely nice to have. Fortunately both the back pillow and the "Sedentary Alert" thing they have built into the seat can be unplugged so you aren't always trailing cables. I have two complaints total, and one of them was to be expected so I'm not knocking them for it. Firstly, due to the fact I'm on the heavier end of it's supported weight, the rocking function is a bit... sensitive even when I have it at maximum sturdiness. But, I can't really blame them for my poor life choices. Secondly, and this is the only thing I could possibly knock them off for, the arms, at full extension, still aren't tall enough for my elbows to rest on them, it would be nice to have literally just another inch or two at the top so that I could have some arm support. But once again, I feel like this might be too nitpicky due to my size. So overall, unless you're an absolute UNIT of a human, this chair will likely fit you pretty well and have a good bit of maneuverability. PS. I can't give any kind of review regarding how well it rolls because I replaced their casters with ones made of steel and rubber. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It took about 45mins to an hour to put together. Wide seat cushion, extended arms that rotate, foot rest, reclining chair. I just got it today. The vibrating pillow was nice. They gave me a nice long mouse pad and they even included nice white gloves to put the chair together. I would recommend one thing. Put little labels to the parts. On the book it has the parts labeled in letters but the actual parts are not labeled to match the book. I will be using the chair next week while WFH and then I can give an updated review. So for now I will give it 5 stars for looks, features, getting it quickly and ease of putting it together. The one bad thing- There was a dead roach in the box😫. I’ve owned the chair for a while so had time to use it quiet a bit. Arrival was speedy. Packaging box kept everything safely in place. Set up instructions were clear, precise, (pictures, diagrams, labeled parts), and made the assembly quiet enjoyable. Usage is heavy with long studying hours (main reason I got it) and this made the sessions much easier on my back. Seat is thick providing cushion, and the back is well designed for support. The chair reclines all the way back and comes with a small detachable massager for your back or neck, I’ve taken the massager cushion off and used it on my bed as well as in another chair. I don’t use the leg extension much but its sturdy and easy to pull out. The overall look is quiet sharp and quality is really nice. Things to note are the size of this chair (must have room) and the length of the cord on the massager (will need an extension cord if you plan to move.
