I'm a big guy, over 300lbs and 5'11''. This has been a great chair for me. I especially love the really thick seat cushion, and that the seat doe not have an piping or other things to dig into my skin, nor does it have the 'wings' that so many chairs have for some reason. For a larger guy, we love a wide, flat, thick, smooth cushion, and that's what this chair has. I also like the tall back and support, and that it rocks back.     • Great chair, even better customer service
Just got this chair, and I love it. I'm a big guy, and unlike a lot of chairs out there, this chair feels comfortable and feels sturdy. Love the metal legs, when other chairs have plastic legs instead. Took a week to arrive, and was easy to assemble. However, I ran into a problem with one of the arms not locking when I raised it. I was a bit worried if their customer support would respond quickly or not. Not only did they respond fairly quickly, but they made sure to send the replacement arm so that I got it in four days (which is fast, considering it came from overseas). I would definitely buy from this vendor again in the future, and definitely love this chair. Great customer service! ... show more

    • Comfortable Chair... But...
UPDATE: 1.) The wood screws poke out the bottom of the chair. I cut myself on it. Thanks... Clip it off with a pair of pliers. 2.) The main reason I wanted this chair was for the sedentary reminder. That stopped working on day 3. 3.) Stated below, the lumbar cushion is not working. I should have gotten the ones with built-in speakers instead of this. At this point, I am lowering my score to 3 stars, well, because it is a chair and it functions as a chair. ------------------------------------------------------ The lumbar functions are not working. I tried plugging into a computer USB port on my computer and nothing. I then tried plugging into a standard wall charger (for phone charging). I then tried on the USB charging port on the front of my APC UPS. Nothing. There is another plug on the bottom of the chair, which works, but the USB cable is very short in my opinion, it has a hard time reaching the USB port on my APC UPS, which is on the floor, or the back of my PC, which is on the desk. The instructions said there was supposed to be 1 cable, but 2 came in the box. Not a big deal, just was making me wonder. Be careful not to move too far from the desk and yank out the USB power. I also switched out the rollers with a set of rubber ones. The hard plastic ones suck. 3 suggestions: 1.) Use a longer USB power cable for the bottom of the chair. 2.) Tuck in the lumbar support USB cable and join both with a Y adapter so there are not 2 USB cables sticking out the back of the chair. 3.) Use rubber casters ... show more

    • Awesome chair!
I spent weeks agonizing over what chair to get. Price is always a concern, no one wants to drop a bundle on a nice chair and find the product they bought wasn't worth the price. This chair had all of the features i was looking for. I am 6'2 and 200lbs, this chair is very comfortable, the seat isn't one of those sit on it and watch it go flat because you're sitting on cheap foam which deflates when you sit on it. Assembly was a breeze, no picking through a pack of bolts hoping you put the right size ones in each slot (a problem I've had with other items I've purchased) because the bolts are already in the seat and back of the chair. Took me maybe 30 minutes to assemble. The sedentary reminder cord is very short so, i haven't tried that yet if its a feature you're looking at you'll definitely need to have a USB extension. The lumbar massager however, does NOT have that issue. Works well, not a super strong massager, but plenty enough to ease out some muscle tension after work. And the pillows are soft, and comfortable. It also came with a free bluewhale mouse pad, which has their contact info on it. Overall, i would be hard pressed to find an issue with this chair, and am glad i went with it over a cheaper and sub-par product. ... show more

    • MUCH better than the price makes it seem
I bought this because I'm a big guy and the arm on my last chair was plastic and after 5 years, it finally gave up the ghost. I say this because this chair, the important parts are steel rather than plastic! It assembled with the 1 tool that they sent along with it and they actually included a couple of extra pieces of the hardware just to be sure. It took about 30 minutes to completely assemble, but I do recommend a quick run over every piece of hardware to ensure that they are tight. The pad on my armrest needed to be tightened, but that's to be expected since it was attached prior to shipping. The chair is stable & solid and this is the first chair that I've ever had which I feel comfortable leaning back in because the seat doesn't tilt, just the back. I don't feel like I'm going to dump over the back of the chair. Very solidly build and comfy to sit in. Being 6'3" and weighing over 300lbs, solid construction is VERY important!! I'll be buying another of these for my gaming set-up. This was for my home office. The padding isn't ridiculous, but I do spend 8 hours in it 5 days/week and have zero complaints...that's a pretty good sign to me. ... show more

I. Love. This. Chair! It's the perfect fit for me (I'm 6 ft 1 inch and weigh around 220 lbs). The pillows are great, and the massage feature is quite nice. Building it was simple and straight-forward, and I was able to assemble it alone in about 40 minutes. I am an audio engineer so I spend a LOT of time in a chair and I find myself quite comfortable even after hours of desk work. Finally,it looks super nice in the office. Putting this together - well, that was an adventure, but then I don't use IKEA for things, so I don't quite have the right mentality. ha! Anyway, once I got this put together, it became my go to office chair. Heck, if they make us go back into the office once we have the COVID all-clear, and I can't talk them into permanent at-home status, I'm taking this with me. Comfortable, attractive, no weird smells, nothing sticky or gross or badly made. Just a nice chair that will support my back. Hey, even my cat fell in love with it - and she is picky! ... show more
